Arby's — Restaurant in Cutler Bay

I started going to Arby's yesterday, I have not gone to Arby's before and then I was starting to eat then drink and then I drinked some water and then I got a smoothie or milkshake and then I got some ketchup and then I sitted on one table and then I drinked some MORE water and then I ate some food and then I knew the letter "A" and then like... other restaurants are horrible but this restaurant is awesome and then I drank one smoothie or milkshake and then I saw the chicken sandwich and then I ate the chicken sandwich and then I counted the hamburgers and then I ate a hamburger and then I ate that french frie and then I took some medicine for no reason and then I met Hony and then I got happy and then I cleaned the table and then I standed up and then I got out of there and then I showed my pride and then I showed my pride off of this place and...

Today after a movie i decided to take my 85 year old dad to lunch. He had never been to Arby’s. I suggested to him try the roast beef sandwich it’s good. We stood line and a customer behind me said oh I see we have Mr. Don’t smile. He was about the manager. I said to the manager can you smile? He replied can I take your order, with no smile. I said hey where is the good customer service? He replied I’m here to take your order. At the moment I looked back at the customer behind and he said I told you he doesn’t smile. At the moment I started to walk out, because why should I spend my money where the customer service is zero. I only ordered because I wanted my dad to try their food. I would never go back to Southland Mall location. I wonder why the restaurant is never...

SCAM LIKELY.

1.They overcharged me for something I didn't order. 2.When I paid with my debit card, they did NOT give me a receipt. When I asked for a reciept, they gave me a reprinted receipt copy (what happened to the first one?) When she handed me my receipt she folded it over like she didn't want me to see that they had overcharged me for a meal I didn't order.

None of that sound strange to you? What about this:

They didn't put the extra food that I had "ordered" in the bag. They hadn't made it at all. Which means everyone in that building is in on it.

6.Mock surprise that the overcharge was there.......🙄🙄🙄🙄

They were going to overcharge me, "refund" the money for the meal and pocket it. Avoid this place. Idk how many people they've...
