Had an experience that left a bad impression of the store willing to work with customers, walked in to get some glory of team rocket packs , I saw they had them at $6 per pack, I told them if they’re able to call the owner to ask if they’re able to do 5 packs for $25 like other LCS near by and the employee (young girl in her late teens) didn’t bother to even call the owner . I would have like to keep supporting the shop since it’s close by home, but I rather make the trip to other shops that have better customer service , pricing and willingness to work with the customer . Prices in store are ok, a bit over market as well. ( no one asked for no taxes , just asked to match 5 packs for $25 ) no ever...

The owners are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help you find exactly what you're looking for . The store is also well-organized, making browsing an enjoyable experience. A local anime shop that we can keep coming back to! Totally grateful to the shop owners for putting in the time and work to create a safe and fun environment to geek out. We love board games and can’t wait to join in on Tuesday board game nights with the community. The prices are affordable and the shop owners are friendly and knowledgeable.
