Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

Hi guys! Longtime customer. You are my fave pizza joint around. I ordered last night, and it arrived lightning fast. My ONLY concern was the delivery. As soon as I ordered, I had to run my dog out, I'm on a second floor apt. I use the track my order to make sure I am ready to get my food. Well, you guys are so fast, it came a little earlier than the estimated time. No problem, I had just come up the stairs to my floor and see the delivery guy, he was calling hello loudly, no problem. The issue was when I got to my unit, my door was open. I leave it unlocked when I walk my dog, but not so much for a delivery kid to open and call out. Lol. I'm not mad, I'm in the food business too. Just making you all aware to maybe teach the kids not to open someone's door if they don't answer right away, especially single women or a unit may have a mean dog, ya know?? I still tipped and didn't say anything, I don't want to be that customer. Either way, the salad and pizza were great, as usual. Thank...

Gross!! So, we never order marco's, as my husband is not a fan, but my daughter colored a pizza box through her school and you could order a pizza and requested your pizza to be put in her box. We did this & unfortunately, they did not put the pizza in her box like requested. Then the girl behind the counter tried to say we did not request the pizza to be put into the personalized box, even though it said so on our receipt/ ticket that was on top of the pizza box. Anyhow, no big deal, they gave us the box to take home anyways. My true issue with this whole experience was the beard hairS that were on the pizza after getting it home.. not to mention, we only got 1 large pizza & it was 16$!!! & THAT was with an almost 8$ discount applied. The entire situation was just not a good one. We'll never be going back, as I draw the line at second chances when there are hairs in my food....

I order from this location atleast twice a month and my last two orders have honestly made me not want to bother anymore. Being quoted 35 minutes and it taking an hour and 15 minutes for a small pizza and calzone is nuts. I got the oven notification 5 minutes after I placed the order. I live 9 minutes away from the store, why does it take 45 minutes from the time it left the store for it to get to me? My food the last two deliveries have been so cold I’ve had to throw it in the oven it when it arrives, further delaying my families dinner. I never write reviews, but coincidentally I’ve stopped getting my review emails from Marcos. Not to mention, I call the store and the employee automatically puts me on hold before I can even get a breath out. Canceled my order and placed my order with Dominoes. Just all around...
