Edit: After speaking with the manager, they righted the previous mistake for me, and was very reasonable about the experience I'd had. The manager enlisted my trust into this location again. It's back in good standing with me. I'll get back to being a quiet and satisfied customer. Great pizza.

Romeo's Pizza as a franchise is excellent. The pizza is wonderful. Most of the time I order from this local Romeos without issue, but the one time I do run into an issue; look out. The customer service is the worst I've ever faced in a business to customer fashion. This is a bit long, but i'll explain why you shouldn't go to this Romeos. Why did the one time that you guys mess up, you treat me like garbage and inspire me to write a review? Here's what happened:
Order the typical deep dish. I received a pizza with no sauce; just cheese and pepperoni, didn't look a thing like the pizza I always order. I thought I received someone else's pizza. First call, it was treated as expected. After some clarifying, I was told that I could keep the pizza that was sent, and a new one would be delivered.
Afterward, I see that I missed a call from the shop. I returned the call, and was questioned about what the box looked like, because apparently deep dishes are sent in a specific box ( The exchange was weird, felt unprofessional and slightly accusatory). They told me that the person that made the pizza swears that they put sauce on it. They were literally in a round about way calling me a liar. I order religiously from this shop, and have never once called due to an issue. Anyways, the best solution was for me to bring the pizza in for them to verify. So we take the pizza in, you know, because i'm not lying. And we open our box to show the sauce barren pizza, and an employee standing next to the assistant manager proclaims, "That's a deep dish!" and we respond, "It may be a deep dish, but it's not the right pizza." Thankfully they had been preparing the pizza we'd originally ordered after I told them the erroneous one. So they gave me a card for 50% off my next order, gave me replacement that wasn't fully cooked (found out later, see pics, that's gooey uncooked dough), and seemed okay with when I told them politely that I was saddened that I cannot order from them any more.
Absolutely ruined my Sunday evening, partly because no deep dish. That customer service though... I mean blatantly bad, I wasn't even being unreasonable, but was being treated like I was causing them issues. I don't even feel like I can safely order from them any more, kind of worried they might do something to my food.
TLDR: skip this Romeos, drive to another one in your area if you can't get a different shop to deliver. You probably won't have a problem, but man will it...
Read moreUnfortunately, it doesn't seem that the employees take this pandemic too seriously! Upon arriving to pick up order, I noticed one employee in particular in the food prep area who was working with the food and NOT wearing his mask over his face!! And none of the other workers seem to care. I've noticed this on a couple of occasions, which lead me to ultimately cancel both orders, because I don't feel comfortable eating food from some place where they're not taking even basic covid safety precautions seriously! If the customers coming in are required to wear their masks, shouldn't the employees especially be required to do the same?? Hopefully management will see this so they can hopefully address it! In the meantime, I won't be ordering from here again, at least not until the...
Read moreI have consistently had good experiences with the pizzas at Romeo's Pizza in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, although it's worth noting that their sauce is on the sweeter side. One exception was their white pizza, which I did not enjoy. The service at this location is always friendly. The only downside is the location itself, which is in an awkward plaza that can be difficult to access from Graham Road and is on a slight incline. It's worth noting that they're located next to Menard's hardware store. Personally, I enjoy their deep dish pizzas but wish they offered larger sizes. Without a coupon, Romeo's can be a bit pricey. Overall, I would still recommend giving them a try if you're in the area and looking for...
