Tucked away near the Fairfield neighborhood, 4 Brother’s NY Bagels is a fresh face in the local breakfast scene — and after one bite of their Sunrise Egg & Cheddar sandwich, it’s clear this isn’t your average morning bite-and-go.

The sandwich comes piled high with fluffy scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar, and a perfectly melted slice of paperback cheese, all hugged by a warm, golden asiago bagel. The bagel alone is worth the visit: crisp on the outside, with that classic New York chew, and the asiago lends it a nutty, toasted depth that complements the creamy, molten cheese inside.

Came here 11/23/24 which I think is their first or second weekend opening. Service was excellent and friendly. All options were available at 7am on a Saturday, though I suspect that will change when the neighborhood finds out about this gem. These are so good, my 4 year old just raw dogged an everything bagel. No butter, no cream cheese, just FRESH and WARM off the shelf. The lady at the counter was awesome and had the forethought to ask for my son's hot chocolate to be mixed to an immediately drinkable temperature (It's the little things). There are tons of coffee and drink choices, even smoothies. They have 4 or 5 options of Katz blend. The plain coffee is self serve, drip coffee. Good stuff. The lunch sandwiches look awesome and I'm considering coming back in a couple hours to try the Vinny. We also got the Taylor Ham egg and cheese bagel (pork roll if you're from Jersey) and it was good. The biggest surprise was the French Toast bagel. Never cared much for them before but I got one for the kids and ended up eating the whole thing. I am a huge fan of Bagel Bobs on S Dairy Ashford but it's pretty far unless youre already in the area.
