The kolache‘s and donuts were good, however customer service was horrible this was our first time there I was asking which items where what in their display case, and all they kept on telling me is to read their menu. when the menu did not have any pictures to accompany the food items in their display and It the food in the display doesn’t tell you which ones were which. Then I went to pay and I apologized to them for not understanding the menu and needing help and all they said was “ok ok ok” When I left I decided to call to speak to the owner of the business or the manager but they told me “Who wants to know?” and then they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the number for the manager or owner, anyways and hung up on me This is a very rude establishment I will...

The lady who works in the front is so rude and knows nothing about customer service. Yesterday I asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant and when I got in the car it was a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I asked for a small cheese kolache for my son and she grabbed it with her bare hands. I wanted to give them a 2nd chance so I went back this morning. This morning I asked her for a chocolate sprinkled donut cause that’s what my son wanted and I watched her put a regular chocolate glaze donut in the bag. Like lady I asked for a chocolate sprinkled. And she never puts anything in a bag so I’m having to carry so much in my hands hoping nothing falls out of my hand. A nice change from the usual chain donut shop. The business is well prepared with various flavors of donuts to choose from. The shop also serve breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches, served on a butter croissant. The butter croissants are well baked and great to eat plain with coffee or a beverage of your choice. The shop is clean and well maintained easy to access from major roadway. The shop has limited seating, ample parking.
