Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cypress

Update 3/17/23: I dont know where the last mgr went everyone would know her, super sweet , positive energy , cute pink hair she was the BEST but its been a very obvious change in quality, presentation and cust service . Im done coming to this location. Last 2xs my pizzas were cold & sloppy almost like they were old. The old mgr always assured your food was fresh and piping hot! Today’s visit took the cake , I ordered two personal pans to send to 2 different people they put both in the same box, why would they do that? So when I explained to the rude new lady that I needed them separate she just proceed to tell me “sign the receipt” no apology or acknowledge of the mistake just rude AF ! I wont be back! Just thrown in the box, ugly & sloppy! 0/10!

Old review: 1st visit was definitely better than the one off West Rd 20510 i think is the address but anyways this one lost points by not giving me extra cheese but regular normal, i paid extra for EXTRA cheese. Otherwise is was really good, fresh and hot, buttery crust was nice the extra cheese wouldve set it off but...

I would also like to give a personal recognition to Noe from this location. DoorDash failed to bring my entire order. He rectified my concerns by providing the missing items for no cost, along with a free brownie. He was personable and understanding. His customer service was superb. Again, this location has managed to keep me as a satisfied customer, regardless of previous experience.

I purchased 2 personal pans for delivery and the store was very short staffed. The GM was working the kitchen and register while there was 1 delivery person, who was also at the store helping at the register and working the kitchen. To rectify the situation, the GM offered a refund and made 2 large pizzas, wings and 2L for no cost. His customer service was superb. Although he was working by himself, he still managed to satisfy his customers. He deserves a raise and with his professionalism and kindness, he is the reason I will continue ordering...

Legitimately the worst pizza I have ever had. Your staff have 4 of their own kids sitting in the waiting room with no room for customers. You have staff telling people their food is coming out. And it was actually in the warmer for over 25 mins after you said it was coming out.

I have zero idea how you overcook bread stricks so must that dust has more moisture than your bread.

You couldnt even get the simplest 2 topping pizza right. Pepperoni and sausage. How do you forget sausage AND CHEESE?! Literally pepperoni and sauce. How?

This was one of the biggest waste of money I have spent in years. How did your family box go from $28 to $40 with only a single extra topping I didn't even get. And I picked it up!

Whoever is the manager here shouldnt have a job. And I'm sorry but don't bring your kids to work. And sit them at the customer waiting area. It's already small enough.
