First off i would never come to this kroger again they have the worst customer service ever. We had a lady in front of us asking for a discount that we where also interested in and i saw him do something on the computer and i thought he had given her the discount. So as soon as it was my turn i heard cashier(Desmen) say to another employee and i quote āyou cant argue with that kind of customers cause you will always have issuesā and to his surprise i showed him the cupon to get an extra 20% as mentioned on flyer in stands and he called his supervisor again for the cupón and told him it was the same as other lady but i did have the coupon with me to show.Supervisors name is Dominic he straight told me i can do it, so i told him but it says on the stands we can get it and i followed with lets go to the back so you can see it and his response was and i quote ā no im not goingā he had an atittude and no customer service what so ever, i understand if you tell me it was a miss print or it was something else an explenation not a straight no and looking at his watch like its almost closing time and i want to leave kind of thing. His solution was and i quote āyou can buy it as is come back tomorrow ant talk to customer service if you belive you should have that extra discount they will fix itā and he followed with a ā are you going to buy it or notā while we where going back en forward with it cashier Desmen was laughing the hole time i dont know if it was about us or about the supervisor because he did tell his supervisor the cupon says extra discount my wife even brought the flyer of the showroom and he still told him we cant do it. He was mad because i was asking him why we cant get it and he started telling me are you going to buy it or not and if you do buy it come back tomorrow with customer service and they will fix it. I have a couple complaints milk & dairy products seem to be very close to expiring dates , my major complaint is the grocery pickup area. Message comes to pickup , at home you can notify that you are coming in text but when you get to store and type in your spot 90%of the time you get an error. The sign says go to app and take a picture of spot. , good idea but wifi sucks so bad you canāt get through so you have to sit and wait until someone finally brings out an order. There used to be a number you could call and get someoneās attention eventually. Suggestions: Fix your communication problem (wifi or text) H-E-B ā s system works faulesly copy it Put a camera to cover the pickup with someone monitoring it. Take the covers off the entrance door so employees can see the area. Have an intercom setup like sonic. Go back to posted phone number directly to pickup are not store operator Put down a device that sounds a bell to get someoneās attention.
Tonight I notified the store via the app, got to store 7 minuites later, texted my park location got message failure, tried again same result the tried to open app so I could take the picture per your sign , communication error again 25 minuites later I got my order. Totally Unacceptable. This has happened the last four times I have picked up groceries at the Kroger 290 & Mason area Cypresswood. Fish was tasteless and rotten. I called this store, someone sluggishly picked the phone and hung up on me. I called again, she picked and ā she insist I MUST bring the cooked fish to the store before any refund can be issuedāš”š. I literally left the veggies zip locked the rotten fish and went to kroger. Getting there, I requested for the manager after 15mins someone showed up smiling. I told her what happened. She take the fish from me and trashed it. Now I want my refund, she referred me to the cashier who angrily left she didnāt answer me. I had to go back to customer service, she insist I show her the fishš„ŗ. Now I was getting angry and ready to cause a scene. I waited for approximately 30mins because the cashier said she was waiting for the manager just to make sure she has the rotten fishš³.
