Just a heads up for those who really like Buffalo Wild Wings like I do, the service was horrible. They seem to be in complete disarray. We waited 10 minutes to get in. The hostess said, "I can get started for you."
We ordered a kids meal so the little kids didn't start screaming. Plus root beers for the table (we requested a pitcher).
After about 10 minutes, the server came and checked on us. We told him we still haven't gotten our drinks. So he returned with empty cups but no pitcher. I requested an additional kids meal. 10 minutes later he came back and said they don't do pitchers. Great, get us all a root beer please. We then gave the rest of the order. 10 minutes later we finally got the root beer.
So after being seated:
30 minutes before we got drinks
40 minutes to get cheese stick appetizer
1 hour we got one kids meal and chicken tenders (we thought that was actually 2 kids meals).
1:30 we got an order of of wings. We asked for the rest of the food and were told that was everything. After some discussion, we learned that the hostess is not allowed to enter anything despite asking to take our order. We also learned that the order placed later was not correct. So we only got 1/2 of the adult orders and were missing a kids Mac and cheese. He apologized and asked how to make it right. We asked him to bring the rest of what was missing out in 5 minutes. He said he couldn't because they were running a special and were backed up.
1:35 the server drops the bill at the table along with to go boxes. We never asked to leave... In fact We promised the kids dessert. We ask for the manager.
I spoke to Kathy the manager and explained everything. She got hung up on them not providing pitchers for root beer and looked completely lost while explaining how it wasn't only about the pitcher... That was the least of the issues. She grabbed the check and ran away. Returned 10 minutes later with a $10 credit on the bill.
In total we were there for close to 2 hours. After leaving, we went to raising cains for the chicken that was missing. And now will likely choose anybody else but the BWW here...

They will pick and choose who the they choose to attend . We got there at 9:10 pm at 9:13 we were seated . Mind you a couple was also sat before us and then us and then a gentleman after us , they were asked what they wanted to drink and we sat there till 9:33 pm with NOBODY ACKNOWLEDGING US . When I got up to say we were leaving because my husband saw all the waiters passing us up and not even asking us if we had been helped , he got pissed . So I told one of the waitress that I passed by “ we are leaving, we sat there since 9:13 pm and no one not even the manager asked us if we had been helped . She said “ok “ with an attitude. Like whatever leave better for us attitude.
She proceeded to call the supervisor and she came over and said oh it’s because the dining room is closed . “I said so why seat us down ? Why did the couple infront of us get their order flat least their beverages?”
No , you don’t fool me , you all didn’t want to attend to us and we have gone in there at 9 pm before and we have NEVER BEEN TOLD THE DINING ROOM IS CLOSED . YOUR OPEN TILL 12am !!!!!
This place needs to be SHUT DOWN . Asap !
The overall demeanor and attitude and lack of customer is 0 . The menus were dirty and smelled horrible and all sticky . The bathroom reaked of urine and as if they’ve not been cleaned in days .
No one smiles at you and ask if you ve been helped instead they’ll go stand and talk to a bigger table and act stupid so she won’t take your order and act like she was soooooooo busy .🙄 Their dining room had about 8 tables , being attended. You mean to tell me that I actually believe half the crap your location pulled tonight ? No , yall have got it twisted . I’ve come here for over 7 years and never have I had a bad experience like I did tonight .
Yall chose to attend the people who were seated before us and after us & not us . Yall lost out on your review and failed your test . Horrible service and snobby attitudes and filthy bathrooms . Don’t waste your time stepping foot...
Read moreI understand that it is late and that the store is getting ready to close down, but the interaction I had was just awful.
I saw on the internet that their store was closing soon (1:00am) I called at 12:14am to place my order in advance so I could pick it up on my way home. I called and was told that they stopped taking “over the phone” orders at 12am and you would need to place an order in person. I proceeded to ask when does your kitchen and store close? The employee told me we close at 1am but the kitchen closes at 12:45am. It would take me 17mins to travel to the store so I would make it in time. I told the cashier that I was on my way and would see them soon. I then got in my car, flew down the freeway to arrive at the store location at 12:37am. Way before the cut off deadline. I quickly park and try to enter the store to find that the doors were locked. I was confused because not only did I arrive before the store closed, but there were still people inside drinking. I walked around to the bar side door and entered that way. I then walked up to the to-go section and flagged down the first server I could find. I say, I would like to put in a to-go order real quick and she tells me that the kitchen is already closed. That the kitchen closed at 12:30am. She then points me towards the bar to try my luck there but the bartender was as useless as the server.
I get closing the store down, but don’t lie to me. Don’t tell me I have time then lock the doors when I get there. I could have saved my gas and time and just got my food the next day. I just hate wasting my time and being lied too. This really put a bad taste...
