I ordered drinks through the app on a September 16 for my coworkers and I. I received an email that the order would be ready in ten minutes. I was on lunch so decided to head to pick up the drinks. As I was getting ready to reach the store, I received a call from an employee at the store saying that the manager forgot to open the store and they barely opened half an hour ago. Mind you this was at 2:30 PM. He said that the drinks would take an hour or so to be ready and one of the flavors I ordered was out of stock. I asked him if he could refund me if that was the case since I have limited time on my lunch and can’t afford to be late. He said no and that I would have to contact the app myself to ask for a refund even though it wasn’t my fault. I asked him what my options were since I didn’t have time to contact a third party app and it was their fault for telling my my order would be ready at a specified time when it wouldn’t be. I asked him if he could deliver since I worked ten minutes away. He said he could but it would have to be later when the next person showed up at around 4-5PM. I was frustrated but said okay. He confirmed the address and phone number with me and said he would for sure be there within that window. At five minutes til five, one of my coworkers decide to call the store to check on the order since I ordered drinks for the office. The associate changed his mind and said he wouldn’t be able to deliver and asked if we could go pick it up instead. I said we couldn’t said we were working and they promised us they would so they should be able to deliver that promise. He went on a tangent and said it wasn’t his job to deliver. I told him I hear someone laughing in the background so there’s clearly another person with you there so he should be able to drop the drinks off. He said it was his manager Grace laughing which is unprofessional. I then proceeded to ask him what my options were since he can’t fulfill his promise to deliver. At this point I was highly frustrated and angry. I was charged $24.80 for the drinks and I never received them. He then said he could refund me and email me the receipt. I asked him why he couldn’t have done that all along. He made an excuse about the system being down and said there was a leak in the kitchen. He finally emailed me a receipt that showed a $0 charge. I’m not sure if that means my order was refunded or not or if I should have a $-24.80 charge in order to cancel out the previous charge. I told him I would contact corporate and tell them about my horrible experience. I’m a frequent Kung Fu Tea customer and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will no longer frequent your locations anymore and will contact my bank to dispute the charge on my account since I still have yet to be refunded. Overall, I don’t recommend this establishment and the staff here is highly unprofessional and incompetent . I have also filed a complaint with the corporate office as well. Stay away from...

So unorganized and out of many items including Boba! We went through four drinks before we finally got to one that they had. This was Friday night around 9 pm so maybe they’d run out but even Boba? Then they completely forgot one of our drinks. I asked at the counter and the girl was like yeah we’re making it. But I could see they weren’t. She didn’t actually check, she just looked at the guy who was making drinks and assumed it was one of ours. They weren’t even the same drinks. Finally she realized she would have to do it. They just put all the drinks on the counter and you have to read the labels and figure out which one is yours. Also we ordered four medium drinks and it was $30. I feel like they overcharged because we didn’t order anything really fancy or any add ons but since they didn’t offer a receipt, it wasn’t even worth pursuing. Kinda regret tipping before the service. It would be one thing if they were super busy but they create the chaos because they had one person on the register, one person making drinks and a third person just standing around. We obviously had to take more time in ordering because they were out of so many items and you just have to keep looking at the menu trying to figure out...

I feel bad leaving a not so great review but the past 2 times I’ve been here the staff has been kinda mean. The first time I had a curbside pickup and ended up not liking my drink because it was super sour so I went back in and they wouldn’t remake it (which is fine I guess, but I mean fr it was like a warhead or something and it wasn’t marketed as sour at all) the last time I went I got a mangonada but there was wayyy too much chamoy like to the point where my drink looks like coffee. I asked if they could make me a new one but they told me they couldn’t so I ended up just buying a peach yogurt drink instead. When I got it back it tasted like coconut (which I hate) and was also pretty sour (not as bad as the last time tho) I just decided to leave out of embarrassment of getting up and buying a new boba after spending almost $20 and still not liking anything :( (this is not my first time getting boba and I’ve gotten many other yogurt drinks and none have tasted like this. Same goes for the mangonada.) I understand not remaking a drink several times, but reading these reviews there has to be some...

Kung Fu Tea is hands down the best boba spot I’ve ever visited! The establishment was absolutely spotless, and the energy from the employees made the experience unforgettable. I have to give a huge shoutout to Asher, the sweetest girl with braces who rang me up at the register. Her warm smile and helpful attitude made me feel welcome right away. And when it came to completing the payment, Billy stepped in like a pro, making the whole process smooth and seamless. But let me tell you about Azal Mashallah Mashallah on point Wallahi — the real star of the show! Subhan Allah she crafted the most incredible taro boba I’ve ever had. It was sweet, velvety, and perfectly balanced, just like her personality. Azal was as sweet as the taro itself, and her kindness truly stood out.🫶🏽💯♥️ It’s not about “If “it’s all about “When”you’re looking for amazing drinks, incredible service, and a vibe that leaves you smiling long after you leave, this is the place to go. Asher, Billy, and Azal, you’ve set the bar impossibly high, and I can’t wait to come back and see you all again! Inshallah Warmest regards, Rocky Abbadi

First time trying KungFu tea FINALLY! Everytime I would visit Houston I would try to get some and was never able to. Today I was in the cypress neighborhood and decided to stop by during the lunch hour while running errands. I decided to order online, which was pretty easy and fast. I am not sure if there are more customizations when you order in person but the menu options were pretty. Lear and already made. I loved how they give you the option to customize the sweetness and amount of ice in your drink. They also have a wide variety of toppings besides boba. Pick up process was super easy. They do not currently have "dine-in". The barista at the counter was super nice and friendly and took some time to answer customer questions. My green tea drink was delicious and refreshing on a warm sunny day. I am so excited to go back and try the rest of the flavors!

Solid Boba experience, clean interior about nine tables a bench with some tall chairs picnic table with two benches. Some of those claw machines about eight of them you can buy ice cream and High shoes some macaroon cookies. A nice variety in the menu. Staff was friendly and overall atmosphere was inviting and cleanand modern parking lot is large although it does share with other retail store so we have to park a little bit further away. Would recommend if you enjoy Boba. If you don’t like Boba, then I probably wouldn’t suggest this place.
