MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

This was our 2nd time and 1st time we had awesome service and experience. This recent visit was miserable!! My daughter ordered mega dough!! Big Mistake!! All that happen was dough bubbled all around n made all ingredienta & sauce to pool in center! Not to mention they had to cook it longer I guess and was lots of "chard" sections on crust and gave it a disgusting burnnt flavor. My bigger issue.. was how we Specifically LOVE the Caesar salad ( usually go to Fairfield and will now only go there) and I literally had to Ask them to redo my our salad 2xs...and created an ackward moment with my entre entire family since I was 1st to order. My daughter n i were sharing.1st time the dude behind bad didnt ever look up nor ask if we wanted any specific ingredients...and I was handed salad on counter smuggly. I lost it..in my mind! Anyway soo I said "Can he remake..I mean he never asked what we wanted in it just made it" I asked for chicken..extra croutons AND..EXRA Dressing ..well the guy literally threw the items in squirted the Caesar drsssing on top..was like a snake tube of dressing layered on top..he didn't mix it! I was like "wow..do I need to go back there and make it myself"..omg. You know when a person goes to MOD you pay more because you know food is good n worth it. But this time they OHHH they ruined it. Even thou it was redone still was not Good not to mention most the romaine was the inner sections thats diagusting and yellow. Thanks for ruining Family night out and ruining experience. I ordered the Family Bundle. My husband went to pick up and upon arrival just after the Promise time, he was not greeted after standing at the Pizza pick up for 5 minutes. He sat down and waited an additional 15 minutes before his name was called. When he returned home with the bundle - we realized that they did not follow the notation to have the "finishing sauces on the side" which was in the notes. So, the pizzas were not as we requested. And the requested salad dressings were not included. I phoned back and spoke to the team lead for the evening. She acknowledged the communication issue with her team, them not greeting or getting the order out to my husband. She apologized for the issues and offered a full refund. She said it could take 7 to 10 business days. I rang the restaurant on 1/23 since I had not received the refund and spoke with the Manager, Levi, that said he was unable to issue the refund. Didn't know about the situation and would have to send it to corporate accounting to see what they could do and asked me to bring my receipt back to the store and that he had to go look on the computer for the schedule of staff back on the 8th. Essentially, I felt like this was all put off on me to pursue resolution when A - customer service was a miss, B- order was not as expected, and C - the follow up resolution was not done. First and foremost I thought mod pizza was supposed to be pretty quick to walk in and order a pizza. I would never go here if it weren't because of my wife. I went in today and it took 45 minutes to get 1 pizza. The lady who looked to be the manager was cooking the pizzas and there were two gentlemen making pizzas. She asked one of the guys to make a pickup order while the other tended to the in-store orders , but through all this there was another employee in the back doing who knows what !! I waited and waited before the one guy tending to the in-store orders was able to take my order. Then the guy that was in the back comes out and asked the guys making the pizzas if he could help out ... Poor management!!! Sorry to say. I've worked in the service industry for most of my life . and that was not acceptable.will never be going back to...
