Let me start by saying I’m not a chilis fan, but my daughter is and we had a date night so she asked. This location has been struggling for some time (staffing and service levels). I write for google so using google analytics to look at their trends over the last 6 months. Waiter was cool - can’t recall his name. Upon being seated the hostess sat someone behind us (assuming regulars) as the waiter recognized them instantly. Before we could even get our drink order he had their drinks, chips & salsa —. Because he knew that’s what they wanted, good for them. I ordered my daughter her usual cheese pizza and fries and I got the burger/fries and triple chips/dip. After waiting some time, we get our food at the same time we get the appetizer. The waiter apologized with a perfectly timed excuse about something with the white queso taking a while? Alright, now comes that burger. I mistakenly should have checked it out ahead of time as I’ve had bad food here in the past, and more recent a hair in my food last time. I watch my daughter eat the pizza which looked really doughy — she ate it anyways. First bite of my burger I wasn’t paying attention. Second bite, I said something’s off. Sure enough, completely raw in the middle (see picture). After a few minutes, he returns and ask how everything was and I show him the burger. The priceless look on his face and a “holy cow” — surely no pun later. I said man I’ll just take my daughters food and pay for the chips and salsa please. He said man can I decide this for you (no charge) — I said that’s fine if I can just get it to go. Queue extremely excited about life (sarcasm) manager who comes and gives the well rehearsed I’m sorry and let me make this right for you.
5 minutes later — waiter returns and I count down in my head (3, 2, …..) “Hey so, my manager______.” He rambled some words about why she charged me for the burger and that “He didn’t want to involve her because he knew she would do that.”
Lesson learned folks. I could have been that guy that created a big scene and been a total ahole — but I wanted my daughter to enjoy her night.
Food is terrible. Service continues to decline. Ratings continue to fall.
What will be done about this? Nothing. In 4 months the food will be $1-2$ higher, same service, same food.

Read moreI had order 6 party platters for my daughters baby shower that I was hosting on June 13th 2021. When I arrived that day I was to pick the platters up at 1:45pm. I entered the building around 1:35pm and was asked to pull around to the side where the food pick up actually is so I did exactly that. I went in to pay and I asked the girl working the counter who gets the tip she replied she did because she is the one that carries out the to go order to the customers car.So after I paid I noticed that my order wasn’t exactly what I had ordered because I asked for everything on the side because they were sliders and not everyone can eat cheese. So I told the young lady and at that point I was looking at the time and knew I was already running behind on time so I let that slide and told them I would still take it like that not to mention my whole order wasn’t even ready. 30 minutes later at 2pm I had 60 plus guest waiting. The manager on duty never offered me anything in fact I tipped and still ended up carrying my own food to my car while he held the door open for me. REALLY? That night I called them to complain about the situation and no one there knew anything. I left my number and 3 days later still no call back. Today is the 29th of June and I still have yet to completely solve this issue with these people. Called corporate numerous time and left emails still nothing. This is completely uncalled for. Read moreWorst service ever. Waited 10 minutes for the host to “clean a table for us” just for her to bring us to a dirty table. We had to ask for her to wipe the menu off which had spills and food all over it then we had to wipe down the table and tablet ourselves. There was food on the table behind us for almost an hour, it had to have been there longer than that though because the smell of it was horrible and there were gnats flying around our tables. We had to ask two different servers to clean it before someone actually got to it. Then the host proceeded to bring another party to the table without wiping it off once again. The party asked to be moved because it was dirty and the host brung them to ANOTHER dirty table. One of the members in my party ordered pasta without tomato’s, the server brung pasta with tomatoes and when we explained to her that it was supposed to be without tomato’s, she went to the back and just removed the tomato’s on the top of it instead of getting the entire dish remade. Every time we had a request we had to ask other servers because our server would forget & she didn’t check on us throughout the time we were seated. In addition, she forgot to bring us the desserts we ordered and our ticket was higher than what we were supposed to pay because she incorrectly rang in our orders.
