Imperial China Diner — Restaurant in Cypress

I really don't ever post a bad review or a bad any unless I or my husband has been treated a certain way.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

We ordered through Postmates.

We got our order and the driver was a doll, a total sweetheart.

We open it and we are missing food. So my husband calls the store. And they are telling him " o we gave the driver two bags", " The driver must of taken it"

I, myself call the driver and told her what was happening. And she was super sweet and said "no they only gave one bag."

Back to said phone call, they are yelling at my husband over and over that they gave 2 bags.

After a while of a bickering. The person on the phone finally admitted to only giving 1 bag that it isn't her problem.

If you knew you only gave 1 bag admit the wrongful doing. And 2. Do not blame a delivery driver for doing her job. ( yes some drivers are bad, but this one was not, and she was not happy with then either.)

This was my favorite place to order from but this rubs me the wrong way, especially since it was for my children (todders that don't know...

Tonight was the first time my family and I tried this restaurant. I picked our order and it was carefully packed. My youngest 2 enjoyed their meals, my oldest son and husband enjoyed the General Tso's chicken and I thought the soup was awesome. Because I spent over $35 I selected the House Lo Mein as our free item. It looked great! The noodles, chicken and beef were tender, but when I got to the shrimp, they were spoiled. I thought my taste buds were off so my husband tried one and he had the same reaction. I am so disappointed because my daughter was looking forward to having some and now I don't think I will ever want any meat in my Lo Mein. The first impression should be the best impression. I usually do not like Chinese food, preferring Thai or Vietnamese. However, this place impressed me. The service was great, food arrived within a short time, and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. We ordered the crab rangoon, and they were the largest I've ever had, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We had the beef with garlic, and it was fantastic, with a flavorful, slightly spicy sauce. The veggies were soft with a hint of crunch, and I tasted fresh ginger.
