Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Texas

I always get the Health Nut, with Almond Butter, and Pea Protein. I stopped in and ordered, paid, waited, and started sipping on my way to the car. It did not taste like usual. I could tell something was missing. I went back in and stated my drink tasted bland...something is missing! I asked did they miss the dates and she responded, "Actually, we are out of dates!" I thought fine time to mention that now! At that point I didn't even mention that I didn't think there was any almond butter in it either. If I can be upcharged to add items, I feel it is a common courtesy to let me know when I order if you are out of something. Paying over $14.00 for a drink with missing items is bad business. I know things run short, but tell customers so we can decide to order something different or not at all. It honestly tasted like blended Almond milk and a little Agave. No Dates and very little Almond Butter, if any! ...

If I have to give a rating on service it would be 3 stars. My rating on quality of food I give a five star. I really like coming here because it’s in close proximity to where I live, but if there was a location with better service closer by I would go there. I frequently come to this location. The purpose of online ordering is so you can go in and grab your food and leave. Not too long ago, I placed an order the night before to pick up my food the next morning on my way to work. When I got there the doors were locked and the lights were off but my order had been paid for. Today I placed an order online. I walked in the girl says we’re working on it now. I stood there for 25 minutes, only to find out that my order had been in the refrigerator the entire time. All the girl was able to say was “I’m sorry”. 😡 Communication/customer...

Service was good at first till the ladies started to speak Spanish and I replied to let them know i understand what they are saying. Then my son drops his smoothie outside the door because it slipped out of his hands. I asked if they had a cardboard holder n they replied no. After he asked if he can get a replacement for another or even half off. Again said no because it happened outside the store. It broke his heart. He is 9 and was looking forward for the drink. This location is cashless and doesn’t take crypto. So you have no choice but to use debit or credit. As well they don’t have the touch card system so you must hand over you card to the cashier. Between the unprofessional and heartless I will never return to this location. This is America and the US currency should be accepted everywhere not...
