Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Cypress

I’m giving a generous 2-star rating here because I like Jersey Mike’s in general, but this location is the worst franchise (and I’ve been purchasing Jersey Mike’s for nearly 10 years). I order delivery and pickup frequently and they rarely ever put any meat on your sandwich even though they charge extra for it. They never offer to compensate you when they fulfill your order incorrectly (they just tell you to come inside the store for them to offer you a discount in your next order which I never take advantage of). I attached a photo to show the single layer of Turkey they put in my giant sandwich today. I’m not sure why they cut corners so much but I’ve finally taken the time to leave a review because this happens so frequently. I order from this location directly from their app. The issues I’m describing do not happen when I order via Uber Eats from different location near Barker Cypress and 290. I’ve given this location plenty of chances thinking it would get better because they were new and opened about a 1+ years ago, but they keep repeating the same mistake. It's nice having a Jersey Mike's around the block since I'd eat bricks than most Subway sandwiches. They slice the meats and cheeses right in front you, and their lettuce ain't limp like the ones on a Big Mac. The people there are the best part of this Jersey Mike's location, and the managers are super helpful with fixing any mix-ups I made. I recommend ordering ahead if you have hot sandwiches for convenience and to save everyone time. I'm sure the franchisee Ms. Shereka keeps the place in right order and hires the finest people around. Getting a nice sandwich the Mike's Way, and being greeted by the staff always make my day and gives me a pick-me-up after a hard day. I love Jersey Mike's, but this location needs new managers and employees. All the employees and I mean all, have poor attitudes and make you feel like they hate their job and like they Don't want to prep your sandwich! It must be the new generation lacking work ethics, manners and respect. The dining area is also always dirty, you'll never find a clean table, it's disgusting! My sandwich last time had a Nat in it! When I opened the paper wrap it flew out of my sandwich and I found a dead one on the paper. This location is horrible! And I have been to this one a lot hoping that maybe I would get a better experience, but nope! Same old horrible customer service and quality...
