Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cypress

The worst papa johns experience and my family orders from them a ton. This location will never get our business again. Sent cheese sticks that looked like they were made by a child. Pic attached. When I called the manager she said "I gave the okay for them to deliver those even though I saw they were bad" and that's not acceptable. What manager not only approves it but also tells the customer she gives the okay for how terrible these are. Manager refused to remake our order while the pizza was also oozing sauce and the pizza was falling apart. Still waiting for corporate to actually respond and it's been months. Pizza showed up an hour after ordering. Was apparently bundled with another delivery order. I wouldve just ordered from another place had I known this, or have them wait to make my order, but the thing is there was no courtesy call, no apology from the driver until I said something. 20 min after the estimated delivery time. All it wouldve taken is for you guys to call and explain the situation. Thanks for the room temperature pizza. I'll be ordering from other places...

Papa John's stuffed crust pizza is better than Pizza huts in my opinion. I tried a new flavor with Alfredo sauce using the Papa John's app is super easy to order. My only complaint about my Alfredo Papa John's stuffed crust pizza was there was a little too much Alfredo sauce and it was a little overwhelming after a few slices.
