Last night was my wife and I first time at this place, this is THE WORST VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT I ever been, unbelievable bad service they h Ave no idea what customer service is at all, they were 4 ppl there even if you mix al 4 including the lady owner there was on her personal cell the whole time we were there never was aware of what was going on in her restaurant.... some ppl really sure not be in this industry if they have not even the smallest idea or knowledge of service and customer skills is all about, they are sooo cheap and stingy in not hiring good server instead they have I believe is family members or friends but they have no idea of nothing, we order 2 soups and a pork sandwich and guest what after 20 minutes my sandwich never made it to my table, never was ask if I wanted a drink, I have to get up of my table 5 times to ask and get everything my self, I order a drink and guest what they didn't have ice, so if I don't ask them wouldn't tell me, didn't get any silver ware, I witness 2 other tables left upset about bad service too, plus I went to ask for my sandwich and that girl who took my order forgot to ordered it than I ask for ice t and she brought me hot t because they don't have ice, never came to check if food or service was ok not friendly at all staff, very sour attitude.... really sad I will never go back to this place never ever, and the worst and sad thing is the lady owner was there the whole time and didn't notice nothing at all, + was not drrss properly I think she was wearing a pajamas.....and to top it of the restroom was dirty , no paper to dry your hands or toilet paper, to be honest I have no idea how they still open for business but if you still want to go and waist your precious time and money at this place....be my guest. 👎👎👎👎👎 this...

One thing I ordered was Vietnamese grilled chicken spring rolls. Although they were edible, I got really fat burritos about 2½ inches in diameter instead of Vietnamese spring rolls; they were just rolled in rice paper instead of a flower tortilla. They even had shredded iceberg lettuce in them! The only thing Vietnamese about them was the rice paper wrap, and the little bit if vermicelli in them. I also ordered rice plates with beef filet.
