Super disappointed. I’m not from Texas and I’ve moved here and can’t seem to find a consistent good nail salon here as a African American woman . Good thing , there’s so many nail salons that you can always find another . I came in on a Friday , so I expected to wait . I was told 15 min . 25 min later they put me in a chair , didn’t say anything . I’m sitting here waiting , patiently. There was 3 Caucasian women walk in . At this point I’d been in the chair 20 min . They brought them to their seats and turned their water on , asked if their water was fine and then looked at me! Of course I’m leaving mam ! I’ve been waiting here 45 min and didn’t get the same welcoming energy . I hate that color dictates service . It’s just sad . I know they probably thought this African American woman is just gonna walk away , yes but not without telling my beautiful black women who just wanna relax like everyone else my experience before the service . Please start reviewing these companies our dollars...

I am so disappointed with this nail salon. They've tried to hustle me every time I've gotten my nails done here always always pushing the upsell. I made it clear I only wanted an acrylic full set with regular nail polish. Okay, they did a decent job cost me 55$. Today I went back for a fill in and I was told it would be 35$. It was 38$ w a broken nail and I tipped 10$. THEN I went to spray my nails and happened to look at the menu, tell me why the price on the menu says $25 for a fill in!!!!! When I brought this to their attention they all acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and played dumb. No one was able to explain to me why I was charged extra. I will never go back here. So unfortunate that they feel the need to steal in this sneaky and evasive way. I never ask for the menu, I would have never known. Poor poor taste. I got a pedicure for the first time at this location Sunday August 25,2019 I was excited I hadn’t got a pedi a while and I was not happy with the outcome I paid for my services and tipped because it was the right thing to do I’m not sure what was the women’s name who did my nails but I don’t plan on getting my nails done there ever again I’m all about customer care and I love when they take their time but I’m not sure if the lady knew what she was doing my nail posh looked clumpy so I explained to her she tried again but it just didn’t look professional and I paid extra because I got to toes powdered and they both didn’t look right she also left nail polish around my nail area on my skin she tried wiping it off twice but I guess she was rushing it didn’t come off so I left anyways I paid over $40 on something I wasn’t happy with not including tip I didn’t even get a ...
