They do not have a restroom. I was there with my infant and newly potty trained toddler. I had already selected an ornament for purchase and was planning to buy more when my toddler desperately had to go to the bathroom. They sales clerk informed me they had no restroom, she offered no help, shrugged and returned to her phone call. Most of the shopping center is closed down an there was no immediate restroom available so my toddler had an accident. I find it hard to believe they have no restroom available especially in emergencies. I find the attitude of the employee disappointing. Poor customer service Drove 30 mins (hallmarks are not on every corner) to go buy Diva laundry wash. Went to pay (my total was $21 and some change ) and handed her a $100. The three ladies behind the counter said they couldn’t accept a $100 for anything under $50. No sign is posted of this. I also told them I drove 30 mins to shop there and they were not far from closing (an hour left before closing) and couldn’t they just let me buy it. They refused.
