I recently visited this Subway location in need of an urgent restroom break. Despite being a loyal Subway customer, I was told that I could only use the restroom if I made a purchase that day.
Understanding their policy, finally I agreed to buy a bag of chips, but instead of serving me with basic courtesy, the staff rudely asked me to leave.
I was shocked by their complete lack of compassion and customer service. When I called 911 to understand my rights, the officer confirmed that the owner could refuse me access, but it's disheartening that a Subway franchise would treat its customers with such disrespect.
I strongly advise others to avoid this store. It’s unacceptable to treat customers so poorly, especially in emergency situations.

Tries to look around selections of bread and says sorry we only have white left. He knew there was only white left because of the customer ahead of me but still tried to act like he wasnt aware.
