Arby's — Restaurant in Daleville

Food was hot, fresh and fast. the two star rating is for the simple fact that has a truck driver I had to walk through a drive-thru for no reason other than the fact that management does not have a desire to open takeout as an option. Clearly there is no mandatory drive-thru only policy if waffle house across the street has people dining in. Not every customer can go through the drive-thru, but every customer should have the right to have some dignity and safety. There is absolutely no excuse to lock your front doors. Especially with your location being directly beside a truck stop, you are going to get more people with larger vehicles that can't quite make it through your drive through.

Honestly, I don't know where to start... The service is amazing! I usually come to eat at Arby's on a weekly basis, and all the employee's are always willing to help you out when your in a doubt about what your ordering. Even after having gone to several other Arby's and fast food places, I still haven't found one that has reached this locations sandwich preparation expertise. If something isn't quite to your taste, they will no questions asked prepare you another sandwich to insure your absolute enjoyment of your meal :). Today I tried the new burger blue cheese and ranch , it was ok but it was also cold . The store wasn’t busy so maybe it’s supposed to served cold….? Usually it’s wonderful food and great people, the last few times they don’t thank you , say hello , and 9$ is a lot for a cold burger . And the time before they didn’t send the Anjou with the Swiss dip sandwich. They are struggling with finding good help like most fast food restaurants these days and every other business.
