Hi everyone, I just wanted to share what I felt before I stopped to look in Avior for a diamond ring. First of all, I knew that not many stores would have exactly what I wanted. But, I gave it a try.

When I stopped in Avior, I saw the ring of my dreams. I met the owner's wife, Tuley, and she answered my questions while I was in the store. However, I still wanted to shop around.

After, shopping around, I found nothing. So for the next couple of months, Tuley, the owner's wife, was very accommodating and answered my questions regarding the ring via text messages. I still felt that a different diamond would be great, but where would I find it?

So, I set an appointment and went back to Avior. This time I'd met the husband. Tuley was held up at an appointment, but her husband was there and helped me.

He found the exact diamond I wanted. I was soooo excited! Then he found an earring with the "prongs" I desired to hold the diamond in place, for the ring...an earring, really?! Yes! It was miraculous! The owner, walked over to the jeweler on site, gave him the ring, the diamond and the earring, and explained to the jeweler exactly what I desired. In a matter of minutes, the jeweler made the ring I'd always desired. And, my "Dream Ring" was presented to me, in a matter of minutes!! Unreal! But, it's true. And, the best part was the price. It was lower than I could have ever imagined! This jewelry store, to me, is the best kept secret in the world! Thank you Avior - husband, wife, and jeweler team! You all helped to make my dream come true!

I was in my doctor's office and the nurse who attended me saw my ring and commented...."Your ring is stunning!" I thought, "yes it is!" Lol! ...

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called last week to inquire about having my ring resized and spoke with a woman who was friendly and informative. She asked me several questions about the ring and explained why she was asking so many questions. She gave me an estimated price, time-frame, and provided me with the store hours and the jewelers availability. My plan was to stop by the following week.

Today being the following week, I stop by right after work. I walked in about 5:35p. I walked in I was greeted immediately and not with a sigh because I was coming in 30 minutes before they closed. I briefly explained that I wanted to have my ring resized and provided a size. The gentleman had me try on other rings just to confirm the size and took the ring to the back. While waiting I was offered a beverage and snacks. I started chatting with another member of the team about basketball and before we could get deep into conversation I was being asked to try the ring on. I tried the ring on and decided to have another adjustment made. I went back to my basketball conversation and what seemed like 30 seconds later was asked to try the ring on again. It was perfect!! By this time it had to be no later than 5:45p.

I walked out with a perfectly sized ring that I purchased from another jeweler. In and out the same day and less than 10 minutes. Price was MORE THAN FAIR! I have not received service like this in years! My next jewelry purchase will be from Avior. They had tons of...
