Let me say 1 star is for the employees, the food is 3 stars if you get the rotisserie chicken meal. The window workers here are absolutely awful, the attitude is worse than McDonald’s. I’m guessing the pay is low but these people really hate customers and we’ve been here pre-covid. We only went here 2-3 times. The first time we got the rotisserie chicken only and it was good but the workers obviously have limited English but we can understand somewhat as it’s a Mexican restaurant after all. However the 2nd time we went we got the chicken and a burger. The burger was burnt and dry but also wrong! We got a burger plain with cheese which I think costed extra. The burger had everything on it, the worker acted like it was impossible to make the burger plain. We complained and they “fixed it” why literally scraping the stuff off the burger bun and giving it back! This a restaurant’s equivalent to flipping off a customer!!! I was so mad I almost wanted to start something as the girl working the window had a stank face and a worse attitude. The rice also was sitting in oil when we got home and we haven’t went back. The employees don’t like serving anyone but especially people who can’t...
Read moreI was highly disappointed with my visit today, this is the second time I’ve had to complain about the Tostada Siberia since they never seem to make it right. They always skimp out with the guacamole, seems it’s mainly just this location since the one I frequent in Garland never seems to get it wrong. And while the flavor of the chicken itself if fine the texture is off, seems like they shredded it in a blender, it’s more of a paste or clumps. Sour cream quantity was fine which thankfully helped make the chicken less dry, but adding the right guacamole would have been ideal. Maybe they were running out, but that just seems like an excuse since it’s one of their more simple dishes and for the price I expect it to be on point. As a fellow Regiomontano I do expect better, this is what y’all as a company is representing so please make sure the quality is up to par. I was nice and gave a two star since at least it was semi quick to get and customer service was ok, but I was the only customer there so maybe try in those time to make sure the order matches what the website promises. Y’all have the potential just...

Pollo Raggio has become one of my absolute favorite places to eat, and for good reason. Their rotisserie chicken is simply unbeatable—it’s hands down the best in Texas. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time.
But it’s not just the chicken that keeps me coming back—it’s the entire dining experience. Their horchata is out-of-this-world delicious, and I always make sure to save room for a churro for dessert.
One thing I particularly love about Pollo Raggio is the variety of side options they offer. I often find myself torn between the two kinds of beans, both of which are always perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty.
In all my visits, I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is consistently well-seasoned and delicious, and the service is always friendly and efficient. And let’s not forget about their green salsa—it’s my absolute favorite!
If you’re looking for mouthwatering rotisserie chicken, flavorful sides, and top-notch service, look no further than Pollo Raggio. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a satisfying and...
