HANDS DOWN BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! MADISON WAS A ROCKSTAR!!!!! SHE WAS SO ATTENTIVE!! I can't believe how perfect of a job Madison did! She literally dedicated her WHOLE shift to me! She got me an EPIC wedding dress for a price NO ONE could beat! It was a unique dress, no other one exists! It was just my perfect size!! It fit like a glove!! And we are getting the accessories to match as well as the veils!!! I wish I could give a 20 star rating!!! Madison had the best style!! If I needed ANYTHING she was on it before I could even ask!! She never got tired of me trying on the same dress multiple times! It was my first time ever going to a bridal store, and she helped us find the PERFECT DRESS!!! I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO TRY ON MORE THAN 5!!!!!

She also is in school for fashion which helps but more than anything Madison was on top of every single detail any slight turn or twist she was already moving the veils reopening it!!! And it was like 4-5 hours of me changing the slightest details of the veils, the accessories, every single thing!!! She didn't huff and puff or ever get tired of me!! She did incredible!!!! She's SO amazing for any wedding dress or event!! I don't ever want to go to anyone else my experience was amazing!!! She was able to help me get a huge discount for my dress since it has been slightly torn from someone wearing it!! And I spent less than $800 and I can keep it for life!!!! It was just the best experience ever I can't thank her and the whole Terry Costa crew enough, even though Madison was the main person who helped me! All the staff was incredibly generous and kind!! I felt like the most special person in the world I have never had such an amazing customer service experience!! So ask for Madison!! She's incredible!! And lastly the best part is they have EVERYTHING YOU NEED and you can get a real view of what it will look like on your wedding day cause you can try on all the accessories and veils you want so ask for MADISON!! She'll make your wedding dreams come true!!! It's so crazy!! And it was a steal!!! So affordable!!!!! But you can look like you were in a Vogue magazine wedding!!!

We were in the DFW area in November looking for winter formal dresses for my two daughters and decided to go into Terry Costa to browse for a possible Senior Prom dress while so close. We fell in love with a red Sherri Hill ballgown that was part of a traveling trunk show and decided to order it. We were told it was the only one in that size and color being made prior to our prom and would arrive three weeks before our school's prom in late March. As it got closer, we started calling to check and make sure the dress was still arriving on time. The day it was expected to arrive, I called and was told they had no ETA for the dress and we should come find a backup in case. When we arrived, we were beyond frustrated by the lack of updates, but the owner Tina and one of her stylists Silver did everything they could to try and help us find a different dress and apologized repeatedly for not keeping us in the loop better. They were in constant communication with the designer and her son, both personally assisting us the entire time, and trying everything possible to find out if/when we'd get the dream dress we ordered. They were able to locate us the highly sought after and sold out everywhere blue and white floral Sherri Hill as a backup, gave us a big discount and Sherri Hill swag, and even allowed us to stop in after hours on our way home from our spring break trip to pick it up. The dream dress arrived at our house four days before my daughter's senior prom and didn't fit. She was beyond heartbroken but didn't have a choice other than to wear the backup dress despite not loving it. The next day, she found out someone else had the floral dress, so we frantically tried to find a tailor who could add a corset to the original dress in two days. When I called Terry Costa to tell them there was a change of plans in which dress was being returned, Tina immediately offered to refund us for the alterations. This was a unique and super stressful dress buying experience that I hope nobody has to endure, but even though it was NOT Terry Costa's fault AT ALL, they went above and beyond to make it the best they could, and I already plan to return for our other daughter's junior and senior proms because of their EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! I will be the first to admit, this was not my first choice of Bridal Stores to go dress shopping. I had went to 3 other stores in the Fort Worth, Arlington and Lewisville Area. The following weekend I went to one of my friends wedding and absolutely adored her dress. I asked her where she purchased it and she said Terry Costa. I had assumed it was only a prom/homecoming dress shop, I didn't think of wedding dresses. She told me to check it out so the following Monday I called Terry Costa and they said since its a week day go ahead and come on in, no need to make an appointment. I was able to drive to the store after I got off work since they did not close until 8pm. When I went, I felt like I was the only on in the store and it was great. I was able to look at their HUGE INVENTORY of dresses and didn't feel pressured to hurry and make a selection. I worked primarily with Victoria and the manager of the Bridal Section. Victoria was phenomenal. I didn't have anyone with me when I went to go and look since it was after work, late and I truly didn't think I would find anything since I didn't have any luck at the other stores. LET ME TELL YOU, as a plus size bride, they had a huge selection of dress and I was even able to get dresses to ZIP, yes I said ZIP. For a woman's self-esteem this was amazing! I remember when I put my dress on, I had a moment of silence and Victoria asked if I was okay. I told her yes and that I thought I had found the one. She quickly asked if she wanted me to take pictures of the dress or anything and I told her that I would call my mom. From there, I scheduled I kid you not four appointments to come in and put the dress on and show it off to my family. Victoria was incredibly patient and kind through out this entire process. When it came to ordering my dress, Victoria and the manager provided me with the best advice on everything I wanted. I was able to order extra lace and buttons to add to my dress and length to the train. They were knowledgeable on the designer and what was allowed to be customized and what I needed to take to the alterations to have customize for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TERRY COSTA!
