I’ve had great experiences with this restaurant in the past. Great customer service and friendly staff, nice hot and fresh food that tasted delicious, and speedy service. I hadn’t been there for a couple months so I decided to go back recently but boy was my expectations not met. For starters the cashier didn’t seem too friendly and came off as if she was annoyed and didn’t want to be at work. Next was the quality and wait for my food. I ordered a 6 piece wing combo and have ordered this same thing multiple times at this restaurant. I waited 30+ minutes for 6 wings and some fries and it has never took that long. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were understaffed in the back or maybe it was just a bad day but I became fed up when the rude cashier gave someone else who ordered at least 10 minutes after me their food before mines which was also a 6 piece wing combo. To be completely honest I feel like the cashier did it on purpose. When the cooks are done with an order they ring a bell and place the food on a counter. The cook rung the bell and placed a plate down but the cashier never grabbed it. A couple minutes later the cook rung the bell again and that’s when the cashier served the person that ordered after me. After that she finally called my order that had been sitting there behind the counter getting cold. Going to this restaurant that day was a complete waste of my time and money. I will NOT be back to this location. It is a shame because the usual employees were always so sweet and I always had great experiences but it seems they hired new employees who ruined my view of...

This is my first time men there they probably until Tuesday or Friday night but anyway I order bait fish with everything but what I had is lot of fries lot of rice and three small grill fish Toner rice and fried rice and the fish was very small I paid $16.76 for three small fish and a lot of rice and lot of fries no vegetables and I couldn't get my money but they told me she told me that I had to order vegetables to go along with your fried go along with my order I thought that was very wrong because it's 16Ishould had vegetables already and I couldn't get my money or I think you another plate the sign says no money back but you can't get your order correctly so you got a lot of young kids working I don't mind young kids doing they work but orde like I said it's my first time been there the food might be good but my fish with dry very dry and like I said the rice was a lot of rice it was dry on thing one might being good is but I don't eat french fries like that hopefully I get another dip decent plate next time hopefully I can get a...

I usually try to give restaurants a chance before I post a negative review but this is the second time they have shown bad customer service. Last time, the girl act like she was slow and didnt know what was on the menu or how to work the computer, kept asking someone in the background how to do this and that. Figured she was new so I let it go and ordered a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, etc and only got a bowl of lettuce with about 2 cucumbers underneath, no tomatoes, carrots, nothing but I let that slide since they were busy and short staffed that day and usually are good. Then today I called to place an order and that same young girl rudely starts talking to someone else while I'm placing my order!!! Told them to cancel my order and the professional thing to do would be to kindly place the customer on hold to talk to your manager or wait until I'm done talking! Never again....they have lost a faithful...
