Ann's Health Food Center & Market — Restaurant in Dallas

Absolutely obsessed. Find things here at great prices I can’t get no where else. Whether you are plant based or solely looking for healthy & high quality groceries, vitamins etc. this is your spot. The biggest gem are the people though. I bought groceries the other day & was waiting for my food @ Iconic (amazing cafe/restaurant inside with the best kale salad you ever had) and unfortunately forgot my grocery bag after getting my food. Once I realized this I just accepted it as a loss however I was contacted by the store advising they found my bag/ groceries left behind & that they found my info through my rewards account & offered me to either refund it, pick it up or even try and deliver it to me. I have never experienced this anywhere else. I wouldn’t even expect it. This is going above & beyond and I am highly impressed. On top of all that when I did come in to get my groceries they even replaced my frozen burritos to make sure it’s still good. I was having hair trouble and didn’t know what to do. I walked into Ann’s and was immediately overcome with defeat at the sight of all the different products. I was out of my element, tired from a long days work, and having a bad hair day. As I sauntered thru the isles looking for the product that would work for me I was approached by Fran, who was eager to help me find what i’m looking for. I shared with her my current situation and she knew exactly what I needed. I was feeling good. The next day I realized I didn’t ask any questions and had 1000 questions. I called Ann’s for help. I was remiss thinking I could figure this all out myself. Luckily Nancy answered the phone and I immediately gave her the bad news.

“I have 1000 questions.” I said Nancy rebuttals, “Sir that is not going to be a problem. I will answer them all.”

The store over all is GREAT!!! They have everything you need without having to order online and wait to be delivered. My only issue with this store is the cafe department. My first time being at this store there was a lady that worked behind the counter that looked like she did not want to be there and had an attitude but I still ordered because the smoothies are very good and today 5-13-2023 I went to the store at 10am and was Informed that the Cafe would be open at 11. I went back at 11:10 and waited until 11:45, and the cafe was still not open. Just a sorry we are closed signed. The other workers in the store told me it was open and I waited and waited. The cafe department needs to be more professional and on time running their business. 11 o'clock should be enough time to prep and be ready to serve customers. This is my experience today.
