I wish I could give this location negative 5 stars. The service here during the night shift is absolutely awful. I understand they are kids but where is the management? Please hire better staff. This is not the first time this has happened which led to me leaving this review. Every time I have tried to eat at this place my order was either ruined, I had to wait an hour just to receive it or I simply left because it was taking so extremely long to get my food. Last night I attempted this location and was extremely frustrated and disappointed once again. After ordering through the app it took 20 plus minutes to get my order. Once I received it my float was completely melted to the point I could easily drink it through the straw, my chicken wrap was cold and there was no marinara sauce for my cheese sticks. After pressing the button to ask for sauce I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes after the young lady said she would bring it. After another few minutes passed I left the stall & pulled around to the drive thru window where a different young lady informed me they were out of marinara. I could see the other girl who said she would bring it at first hiding and avoiding eye contact with me. Instead of wasting more of my time I wish she simply told me there wasn’t any marinara, better yet, they should’ve informed me when I ordered and I would not have gotten cheese sticks. After being there over an hour I finally left feeling very unsatisfied. This was such a waste of money for me. I will NEVER go back to this location. My son went here last night and ordered him a Lager Pineapple & Mango Slush I got 2 bags of ice, but it took them 40 minutes to bring it out to him and about time he got home a little over half was just WATER it melted linking water everywhere due to a hole in the bags. So of course Im going to drain the water out and as I was doing it I noticed BLACK little seeds in the bag which I'm not sure what it was, but I know it was DISGUSTING so I called the store and the phone rung rung and rung I called.13 times and they NEVER did pick up so I waited and called again will I guess they decided to take the phone off the hook even when we was on our way back there still busy.
