I went to this restaurant around 830p on a Saturday. After I got to the speaker to order I was asked to hold a moment and a moment turned into 20 mins. I only went there because I had a coupon only to find out they were not accepting my coupon at this location. I took it with a grain of salt and decided to still attempt to order something since they were not accepting my coupon. Then they informed me they were out of sourdough for the sourdough burger I switched my order to. I decided to not eat here and goto another JNB. I was stuck in the drive thru line. Is that how they get you? You may as well order something, because you will be stuck in the drive thru line for another 30 mins if you don't. There were 2 cars in front of me by the I found out this store wasn't equipped to service me. One at the window and one in between us. I thought great it will only take me another 30 mins to get out of line. To my surprise after being stuck in the drive thru for only 10 mins the car at the window left and the car between us drive pass the window and I was able to follow. I am a dasher and Last night I went to pick up an order and the two female Hispanic workers who worked the shift at 12am on 4/28/23 pretended to not speak English and didn’t give me the food order. I had to drive 20 minutes away to pick up the food and when I got there they pretended to never have gotten the order . They told me to come inside the store . So I did and when I showed her the order she said it’ll take 50 minutes I was THE ONLY CUSTOMER no one was there except me and the two employees. I kept showing her the name of the order and she smiled and laughed and said “ no fui go back “ they are low lives . Treat people terribly. This location has so many bad reviews. Apparently the employees do that a lot of this location. They pretended to not speak English, make your order wrong, and lock the doors so you can’t come in. Read moreI placed a mobile order for breakfast and arrived at the restaurant around 8:20 AM. There was no one else in the drive-thru, and when I let them know I had a mobile order, they asked me to pull up to the front and said they’d bring it out shortly since they had "just" received it. I had placed the order less than 10 minutes before, so I didn’t think much of it.
However, I waited 15 minutes in my car and never received my food. When I finally went inside to check, I saw my order just sitting on the counter. No one had brought it out as promised. I asked the employee how long it had been sitting there and explained I’d been waiting outside for 15 minutes. She responded with, “It JUST came out,” which was clearly not true—my food was already cold, and my iced coffee was watered down from the melted ice.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you're going to offer mobile ordering and curbside pickup, please be mindful of people’s time and follow through on what you say. A little communication and urgency go a long way, especially for customers who are...
