Arby's — Restaurant in Dallas

Horrible customer service! Never coming back here again! Person at the drive thru was extremely rude as I was placing my order. We pulled up and she handed me my drinks then asked me to pull up and wait for the rest of my order. Once she came out she was on her headset taking an order which wasn’t a big deal. But she just handed me the bag and walked away. I called out to her and she either ignored me or didn’t hear me. I had ordered 4 combos and a kids meal… she only handed me the kids meal and 3 orders of fries. Since the dinning room was closed my husband walked up he drive thru window to let her know about the missing items. Once again she was extremely rude and when came out she just handed the bag to my husband and walked away. And to our disappointment we were still missing an item. Once again my husband walked up the the window to let her know. And once again she responded with an attitude and handed my husband the missing item. And I also want to mention the drive thru wasn’t even busy, no cars when we arrived and only 2 car came...

The smallest complaint, but had the greatest impact on me:

NO MARINARA SAUCE INCLUDED with both orders of mozzarella sticks!!🤦🏾😭

A simple task, failed execution.

¹ This is equivalent to buying a cheesecake and just getting the crust. ²Buying a new car, but having to tow it to the gas station as gas wasn't included. 🤣

Anyway, I am GLAD this happened, as it has ended my relationship with Arby's. Based on my readings, this company, if not already, will join Wendy's, Red Lobster, Denny's and several others this year in either bankruptcy and closing many locations, or just going-out-of-business.

Today, i tried the New Fried Turkey sandwich (but in a wrap). It was underwhelming. The Greek pita has been better in the past. The good news is that the mozzarella sticks were the best I've had...

Minus the absent sauce.

Perhaps the sauce is now extra and should be ordered in addition?

As far as fast food goes, Arbys is definitely the best. They have a wide variety of options, not just burger variations. While Arbys got its start hawking roast beef sandwiches, they have really evolved into much more than that, and I think that the roast beef sandwich is definitely NOT their best menu item. The double Rueben is really great; piled high with tender corned beef it is definitely a two-hand sandwich. The roast beef and Swiss with the aju is killer and the spicy chicken sandwich is tangy, spicy and really filling. The gyros are also really good (see pics) and they always have seasonal offerings; right now they have a smokehouse sandwich with smoked brisket topped with onion straws and bbq which is great. They have 2 for $6 deals on sandwiches and there are always coupons sent to your mailbox. I know that it is fast food, but this is one of my all time favorites because of the diversity of the menu and the fact that the sandwiches are large...
