I’ve never wrote a review before in my life but I have time today…..Sadly. The lady with the short hair wrap hairstyle definitely tried to get over on me. My order was $13.52 and I paid with my CC. She said it didn’t go through so I told her I had cash. I gave her $11 and was searching for the rest in purse of the total balance and she said don’t worry about it. (As if she was being nice/generous) I was like “you sure”? She says ”yes“…. I’m like “ awww…thank you”! I drove off and honestly as small as that was-it made my day. I was having a really bad day and I thought to myself there are still good people out here in this world……..Until something told me to check my account. Baby that money was taken clean out of my account and I had money in my account. Because there was a line at the time of ordering I didn’t immediately go to my phone to check my account and my phone was also on 3% so I trusted what she was saying about my card being declined. I drove back through the drive thru…She sees me and immediately tells the other lady to come to the window instead of her helping me. Red flag #1…., Why you avoiding me sis? I knew then!! She didn’t think I was coming back. Smh I called too and they didn’t pick up. As soon I the older lady comes to the window I very calmly told her “Hey….I was charged $13.52 and I gave her $11 because she said my card didn’t go through. She said ok, closed the window the lady standing right there telling her whatever….and with no hesitation the lady hands me back my $11. No sorry about that or nothing. Sis definitely tried it…. And ain’t no telling how many people she does like that so she can pocket extra coins!! My food wasn’t good either… The breast was dry and extremely tough. My wings were extremely dry! The pickle juice had the chicken soggy. O out of 10 stars!!!!! ATEOTD I should have ask for a receipt! Definitely a learning lesson. I will not be...

I'm very disappointed. I pulled up and ordered 2 3 piece wings with fries 1 with no pepper, 4 wings with fries, and extra fries. We order our food at 330pm. We were told to pull and park it would be about 15 minutes. We sat and sat and sat and nothing. After seeing at least 2 people get their food and leave, who ordered after me. Others pulled up and parked, too, waiting on their order. After waiting 15 minutes, I walked up to the window and still no food. The lady who took our order, she was very friendly and nice, asked me what I ordered and I told her. I stood and waited and waited and waited. Two cars got their orders before us, and looking at their bags, their order was bigger. 10 to 15 minutes, the same lady came back and asked me again what I ordered. I told her again and showed my receipt. 2 people walked up and placed their order, and I am still waiting. 30 minutes go by, and we still don't have our order. Another 5 minutes and finally our order came out. When I looked in the bag, it wasn't what I ordered. 2 3 piece wings with fries, 4 wings with fries, and extra fries. I got food I didn't order and more. Truly disappointed. It will be a while before we go back there. Unbelievable!

Very disappointed with my first experience. I drove 45 minutes to try this place. I’m pretty sure I was overcharged. They charged for pickles and a pepper without telling you, the pickles are thrown on the meat, making it very soggy. Flavor? The chicken is fried crispy but has NO seasoning. Fries are wilted and wet, they don’t put the food in containers to maintain warmth. The catfish was fair. The only items I enjoyed was the potato salad and the kool aid. I waited more than 30 minutes for my food and they literally forgot to give me the biggest part of my order.They forgot I was sitting in my car parked where they told me to wait, sad. If I had gotten home before checking my bag, there would have been a problem. Watching an employee stand outside for a smoke break, comes back in and proceeded to work without washing their hands was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I won’t visit this place again.
