I also don’t believe she was the actual manager either. Because when I came in the location on 05/02/2017. The was another Hispanic lady there when I walked in. I asked to speak with the manager and she stated the manager is not here. So then I asked “ So there is no manager here at all ?. I asked her is the manager and man or a woman she said a man. I then stated I came in the other day and there was a young lady who was wearing glasses who stated she was the manager. The lady called out a name and the lady with the glasses came from the back. I asked her was the previous lady new – she stated No. I then stated well why is it that she doesn’t know you are the manager. The lady with the glasses then started speaking Spanish to the other lady. So was yelling at her. I honestly don’t believe she was really the manager. No one has on any name tags or anything. How is the customer supposed to recognize or thank someone if we don’t know their name or position.
I am very upset and I don’t and shouldn’t have to file a fraud dispute. It will take them anywhere between 30-60 days to investigate and possibly return $8.95 to my account. This is terrible. I have children to feed and it just bothers me because I work in the customer service field. I am a customer service representative for my company and I would never treat someone like that. I just asked that either the $8.95 be returned to me or that I receive something from Little Caesars worth $8.95.
On 01/03/2018 - Last night I visited Little Caesars, first the place was extremely crowded. There was no type of structure,the line was long and it was hard to tell who has already ordered and who was waiting to order. There was no Hot-N-Ready products available/ready. It seemed that they were short staffed because there was only 3 people working. The guy at the front who appeared to be taking orders was very rude and he has a very nasty attitude. He was giving out the wrong orders and complained about the number of customers that were in line. I asked him for his name which he stated he could not give me and then I asked for the Manager - he stated there was no Manager there, He stated, " Her name is Missy and I can give you her number if you'd like , better yet I'll just call her right now". So he stepped to the side and made a call and then stated , "Her phone is broke - she didn't answer". I then stated that I will just contact the corporate office and then he stated, " Yea, call corporate that will be the best thing for you to do". He was throwing the pizza boxes, utensils and supplies around as if he had an attitude. Then he goes and says out loud in front of everyone, " I only get paid $7.75 per hour and ya'll in here expecting the world's greatest customer service. I just don't understand why he was so upset or what his problem was. He was even being rude to his co-workers - One of the young ladies offered to help him and he refused her and stated " Thanks, but I got this." The customer service that I received was unexceptable and uncalled for. Being that I work in the customer service field. Read moreI visit this little Caesars pizza every Friday and it is usually a pleasant visit this evening when I walked in there was a young lady being very unprofessional and yelling at him I later found out where her employees because she is the store manager. I am told her name was Missy not only was she Yelling and being very rude and the front of the store she was also in the process of braiding her hair. The gentleman that was taking my order could tell that I was bothered by what I was seeing and hearing and he intervened by saying maybe they should take the conversation to the back because there are customers present the manager then told him to shut up as she rolled her eyes and continued yelling and chastising the other two employees that were present. Read moreI placed order for delivery on 9/23/20, at 8 p.m. Door dash apparently canceled the pick up. The store never notified me of this. I was able to make it to store at 9:50 p.m. and as I approached the store, I was being flagged that they were closed. Yet the store closes at 10 p.m.
As the cashier attended me, he stated that I called and canceled my order. That was a LIE, I never did cancel my order. I didnt call the store until 9:15 to ask about my order. Even the store didnt answer my call.
I called the consumer help line, but never got an answer. So I went to store to ask.
At the store, I was told they weren't able to get my order, they were closed and that I would be getting my money back.
They said they could give me other pizzas that they had in the warmers. Little did he know that those were my pizzas. It had my name on the pizza box receipt.
Why wasn't I, the customer, notified? My number and email is always supplied.
Will not be ordering from this location ever again.
