We’ve lived across the street for about four months now and never thought to go there while we went to go to Family Dollar but they were closed because their system was down for 30 minutes so we went to order food there and it was the best thing we could’ve done. Food is amazing. Service is amazing sweet people and delicious food. I really recommend it.

Edit: I came again and oOOOOMMMgGG its amazing i got the wings again, collard greens, and cornbread. My man got the catfish and fries… still amazed on the flavor, will be going atleast 2-3 times a week… and great service, i read a comment about a ā€œbald maleā€ (his words) being horrible and rude but you have to remember we are human and some dayss are bad, but id give him another chance cause he had been nothing but sweet to me and my husband, also the other worker with short dreads was sweet ( first time seeing him today) … still all delicious and F-king amazing … added photos...

Service was not that great. I order a catfish and shrimp plate. The shrimp was seasoned very well, but the catfish was a 2/10 for me. Also the fries that came with it weren’t seasoned at all. I also purchased two large daiquiris (buy one get same size for +$3.00). They were NOT worth it. Overpriced for the size styrofoam cup you get. And I didn’t taste not one ounce of liquor. It taste like koolaid. I’m from Louisiana, so I know how a daiquiri should taste, and that AINT it! It also was very watery to be considered a daiquiri. Placed the second one in the freezer for a few hours, came out frozen SOLID! A real daiquiri does not do that. I am highly disappointed seeing as I...

Can I just say the guy in the front is the Absolute Bestest!!! He gives me LIFE!!! His personality is so professional, down to earth and the quality of his service is phenomenal! I just want to say you guys are doing something right! Service is quick! Food and drinks are always fresh and I always want to back! And I’m big on customer service so I think his name is Keith!!! Omg please forgive if I’m wrong on his name lol but he’s always there! Too often we just say thank you and smile, but this man is so consistent I said he deserves to be recognized on a platform such as this and so much more! Give this man a raise and a high...

The time is 7:37 I pulled up to place a 60$ order the rude bald guy at the counter says very rude and sassy "the kitchen is closed, we close at 8pm " I was immediately angered by his tone and the fact that I'd driven 25 mins for a meal only to have rude customer service and to be told the kidtechen close 30 mins before the actual business : Makes me think where would actual successful chain restaurants be (McDonald's chill's Morton's Henry's) if they closed their kitchen early and the irony of not letting the customer know . Smh bad business I guess these people don't want to make money lol

I went into this location last night, I ordered the large Cajun boil. I give it a 2/10 I’ve never had a dry boil ,the shrimps were under cooked and rubbery ,extremely salty just wasn’t it ! Also ordered the 3 piece catfish and red beans . Potato salad was full of mustard and sour . My beans were so hard and the rice was extremely hard and old both had a spoiled taste . Whoever the fried catfish was seasoned really well could’ve been fried harder but I give it a 6/10. Beans n rice 0/10 potato salad 2/10😔 thought I’d get the New Orleans experience because I miss home but I guess not .
