My husband and I truly love this place for many reasons: 1) they legitimately treat you like way more than a customer 2) they absolutely care about every thing they do with real value in their actions 3) the pricing is fantastic for how much you get 4) holy moly is the food good!! You know how they say food made with love tastes better? It's 100% true, and I feel weird saying that about someone else's cooking other than my mom's. (My mom loves this place too haha)
We first met the brand through the location in Carrollton, then when we moved a little further southeast than we were before and we missed them terribly. Thankfully, it wasn't long after that this location opened up off 75. It's the same family, I recognize the face and the family resemblance. It's the same kindness and affection that they show their customers everywhere. Frankly, this location on 75 is better than the others we've tried (I'll admit I'm biased). The owner of this branch recognized me even with a mask covering most of my face the first time I came back after covid started. Even asked how my husband was doing because he remembered our discussion from before their move to 75 shop about my husband's (then) upcoming surgery. How did he remember?! That's incredibly impressive! That was at least over a year between the conversation and the move.
My husband and I love their pizza above all others. The ingredients absolutely taste fresh. The cheese is the real deal. For anyone who is a fan of pizza, you know what I mean about the cheese. Their sauce is a perfect balance of flavors. The dough I think is sourdough but also perfectly balanced in flavor against the rest of the ingredients. I often am not interested in the crust for many places because other places have sub par bread, but not here. Here I love it so much I can't even leave a bite for our beloved dogs. My husband is the same way. We have to have other treats handy so the dogs don't feel left out. (Yes. We spoil them, but I promise they aren't fat)
The pizza, if you have leftovers, reheats nicely and tastes just as good as fresh from the oven, even when heated in the microwave.
We've tried several things on the menu. You really can't go wrong here except choosing somewhere else to eat when you...
Read moreFrom a neighbor and I totally agree:
Brothers Pizza 10455 N. Central Expressway Suite 104 Dallas Texas. 75230 I had the best pizza ever by far on Friday night! And I’ll tell you why, it was made with kindness. Anyone who knows me, for my release from the week’s stress I let someone else make dinner and clean up for me on Fridays. It’s my pizza Friday, very important part to the well-being of my week and my life. I was making my normal call-in order to Brother’s Pizza at the last call for take out. I got a message when I called that said “this number is unreachable”!! I panicked and drove to their location to find they had been without power excepting 1 generator-powered outle, internet and phone service for most of the week following natural-disaster level storms in Dallas. Turns out the owner had been making the dough by hand all week and servicing as many people as he could without the benefit of his machine. The owner, knowing how important my Friday pizza is to me made a pizza for me after last call for takeout. Amazing, what kindness! So if you get a chance, go get a pizza from Brother’s. I’m sure they lost lots of business due to the power outage. I may bless myself with a...
Read moreThis is one awesome pizza place where you can buy pizza by the slice. SOLD! I will be coming back to try everything else on the menu including salads and pastas. Let me tell you my experience at Brother's Pizza. I discovered this place about twenty years ago when I was a teenager in Dallas. I was clamoring for a bit of nostalgia and looked the place up and decided to take a trip. I rode my bicycle through twenty five miles of broken sidewalks, empty trails, and under an overpass that would scare The Undertaker. I arrived and rejoiced that I finally made it and totally worth the ride. I ordered two pieces...a supreme and pepperoni/jalapeno...it took about 5 to 7 minutes...they brought it to my table...I prayed to the bicycle gods that protected me on my sacred quest for the perfect pizza. I love the options of their seasonings and you can tell they are fresh...not stale. Brothers Pizza was my destination but the journey was worth it all the way. I put this pizza in my mouth and remembered how great it tastes. Give this pizza a try....very small and...
