Burger King — Restaurant in Dallas

As a DoorDasher. DoorDash corporate and my customer confirmed that the order was in fact, at this BK. Some mean man who works here yelled that 3 other DoorDashers had picked up the order that I was given. I was at the BK within 2.5 minutes. I was across the street when I got the order and accepted it. In no way could 3 people pick up one bag of food. I was told by DoorDash support that I was to ask to have the order made. I requested that and the man behind the counter just yelled over again, that 3 other DoorDashers picked up the order already. That was confirmed Not true in the DoorDash support systems. I requested again to the man to please make the order. He refused. I apologized to my customer for his actions. DoorDash tried to call this place and no one answered DoorDash support or the customer. 😤🙄😒🤦‍♀️. I will never go to this BK again. I told my customer that they treated me badly. Whoever was working on 3.7.20 and closed had THE WORST attitude and customer service in the drive thru. When we first approached we had to greet him in order to start our order and all he said was “hey what can I get you” and didn’t talk AT ALL for the rest of the order!!! We had to check and see if he was still there by saying “hello?” And he still didn’t respond! I’ve had problems with him before on numerous occasions Bc he has closed AN HOUR EARLY!!! If I were the owner of this franchise location I would fire him Bc he is not looking out for the best interest of the location. So I get there and order and I order the pick 2, tenders and whopper w/cheese, with 1 order of chicken fries and a medium chocolate shake. I'm handed a strawberry shake and say, uh no. They make a chocolate shake for me. I am told the tenders will take an extra 5minutes. I'm in the drive thru not eating inside, I ask if another whopper will be faster, they say yes. I get my food and leave. Come to find out, NO chicken fries, but I got the sweet and sour sauce for nothing.
