I came in today on my lunch break very hungry placed an order for a double hamburger I even had a coworker with me who heard me tell them that I wanted to double hamburger when I received my order it was only a single patty hamburger went and told the lady who took my order about it who began to argue with me and say that I did not say that and would not redo my order instead told me that I needed to pay more money I asked to speak to a manager who told me that she was the manager at first she would refuse to give me the number to corporate. I tired to call corporate to speak to customer service and you can't even leave a voicemail so I ended up having to write an email Maria Lourdes was the lady who took my order she has no customer service a experience whatsoever I don't understand I worked in fast food myself and if I miss heard a customef order I would go ahead and corrected their order it was only adding another patty to the hamburger and she act like it was a big deal this place has lost my business and it's sad that I can't speak to anybody about...

Almost every Burger Street I have gone to has been very small, but that days nothing about how amazing their burgers are. Everything always tastes extremely fresh and it definitely became a quick favorite of mine. Their burgers don't look all "fast food" like and actually look presentable if that's something that catches your attention. Wow , really appreciate the great quality of food at this establishment. I place my order thro Uber eats today. I ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger w chili cheese fries, apple pie & the cherry lime slushy drink. Everything was great, fresh, tasty, very hot, and filling. Im not to crazy over chili cheese fries and the slushy drink. I usually enjoy a soda but no complaints at all. Very satisfied customer here and will be back. This is what It’s all about!!!
