Worst restraunt experience of my life, will never go back. Waited 25 minutes for drinks, food order was messed up, and they couldnt find the cheese grinder! Seriously!?! I worked in food service for 10 years, so I'm very forgiving and understanding when it comes to service and restraunt experiences but I have to share this one guys, it was so bad. 1st of all the drinks, I ordered an Italian Old Fashioned and my fiance a Sangria-Rita. We waited for 20 minutes being told by the waitress the bar tender was backed up, which was odd bc there was no wait and a ton of empty tables but ok, that's fine. At 20 minutes the bartender comes and tells us they are out of bitters and he cant make the Old Fashioned and he apologizes saying the waitress forgot to ring in the order, super unprofessional as now somebody is lying them blaming each other. I order the same, Sangria-Rita and it is another 5 minutes or more b4 we get those, after we had finished our appetizer! 2nd the food, I ordered a Linguine Pescatore. 10 minutes after ordering, the waitress comes back and informs me they are out of mussels and cannot make the dish. How did this take 10 minutes to find out? The waitress was waiting on 5 tables that I could see and was saying sorry to everyone of them, obviously too busy to give anyone good service. The salads arrived 2 minutes b4 the food. 3rd, the food comes and we ask the waitress for grades cheese, "sure I'll be right back" she says. No worries we still are trying to finish the salads. 5 minutes later she returns and informs us the cheese grader has gone missing and we are out of luck if we want cheese on the pasta. Like there is only 1 cheese grader in the whole restraunt! Just wow, all around. We were there for 2 hours and 15 minutes, waiting way to long for every single thing. Read moreHad an order to pick up yesterday Wed. 11/13/24 about 6:10 PM. Got there standing waiting in the take out area. As I was waiting, an elderly white gentleman came back to complain about an order that was made incorrectly. A Hispanic older gentleman(staff) that was serving behind the bar came to assist the elderly man which he then conveyed his dissatisfaction about the order he just purchase a few minutes ago and there were no shimps or chicken in the food which looks like spaghettis.
The store employee then opened the container and started shaking it around saying, ' it was there before you left here but it not there now'. Kind a insinuating that the man might have ate all the stuff out the spaghettis and brought it back. He was so condescending toward this gentleman. This employee has no sense of customer service, he is incompetent and extremely rude but the worst part was that the gentleman asked to speak to a manager and then the employee responded, 'I am the manger'. Believe you, I was shock. He was the manger! This guy should not be managing a store, more like working on a farm.
All this manager had to do was just so simple, just apologized and remake the man's order. Instead, he is there fighting with a customer whom am sure is a regular paying customer. The manager refused to make it right, cursed at the poor man and ushered him out the the door telling him not to come back to the store. The elderly customer was so angry at the manager that he tossed the bag with the container behind the bar and mind you, this all went down in view of dining customers.
