Visited on 6-15-2025 from 9:15-9:25pm. When i arrived to place my order i was rudely told by a less than desirable female to place my order on the kiosk. Im paying taco bell to serve me. I will not be using a kiosk unless im getting paid hourly to do so. My mexican pizza was not made correctly. There were only ingredients on 1/4 of the pizza. When i inquired with the cashier, he informed the cook who then stated "she gone have to wait". After that terrible comment, i then requested a refund. She then stated "thats gone have to wait". Her and i argued until i began recording her & at that point she then contacted her manager asking how to issue the refund. I informed her i paid in cash with 7 dollar bills prompting them to keep the change. After I mentioned this to her, she kept collecting change instead of a full $7. She ignored me 2 times until i raised my voice becoming confrontational. She then argued that she can only give me back the cost of the item. I repeated myself raising my voice until she put my money on the counter (which i knew she would do.) I could have told her to put my money in my hand, but she will get her day in hell. I shouldn't have to be confrontational to get what i deserve. I hope taco bell closes down for terrible service. Read moreTo be honest, I’ve never been to a Taco Bell that’s run as poorly as this one. Good luck if you’re trying to get food past 10pm - they will have lights on inside, drive thru to open, etc. just to go to the window and realize that none of the employees feel like doing any work. This is probably the third time in the last month that I’ve come here expecting it to be open (all during normal hours for any other Taco Bell), and you’re sitting there talking to yourself waiting for someone to respond. When they don’t respond, you assume you can drive to the window to speak with someone to place an order - but surprise, no one’s there. It’s obvious this specific franchise is not managed or supervised correctly whatsoever. Avoid this place at all costs, because If you don’t you’re only in for a big fat disappointment. I sat at the actual pickup window for 10 minutes waiting on anyone to acknowledge me (didn’t see a single person btw just in case you were wondering) and it looks like there was food prepared and ready to go out in a bag - god knows who it was for, because by this point it’s obvious that anyone closer resembling an employee had already ditched their shift early. SO, I GOT TO THIS LOCATION AT 6.59PM WHEN I GOT THERE TO THE WINDOW, THE BLACK LADY ASKED ME TO PULL UP FURTHER AND MY ORDER WILL BE BROUGHT OUT. I LET HER KNOW THAT THEIR WERE NO CARS IN FRONT OF ME AND BEHIND ME AND I WILL WAIT RIGHT HERE AT THE WINDOW. MY ORDER WAS PLACE WITH TACO BELL AT 6;46 PM. THIS ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY. SO I WAITED AT THE WINDOW UNTIL 7.12 PM MEANING THEIR STAFF MADE ME WAIT. SO I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER TO ADDRESS THE LONG TIME WAIT SINCE NO CUSTOMERS WAS IN LINE NOR IN THE LOBBY. THE MANAGER NAMED AUGUSTUS SAID THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THAT. MEANING NO EXPLANATION. THE JIM CROW GAME THAT WAS BEING PLAYED IS THAT SOME BLACK CUSTOMERS COME TO THE WINDOW FOR PICK UP WHILE TACO BELL STAFF HOLDS THE ORDER UNTIL A NON-BLACK PERSON COMES TO THE DRIVE THRU. AFTER THE NON-BLACK PERSON IS GIVIN THEIR FOOD THEN THE STAFF COMES OUT TO THE CAR AND HANDS THEM THEIR FOOD (THRU THE BACK DOOR) WHICH MEANS THAT THE STAFF COMES TO THE CAR AND BRINGS THE FOOD.
