Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

Fantastic across the board. It's been at least 10 years since I've been to a Church's because I moved away from a location near my residence. Today, I was in Richardson, Texas and decide to give my old favorite a visit. When I walked in I was promptly greeted by Zachary with sincerity and a smile, who exhibited great candor and professionalism. The restaurant was clean and orderly. I decided to try the Chicken Sandwich (Spicy), Zachary said that I made an excellent choice. It took only a few minutes to receive my order, and I shared with Zachary, how great my experience was and how his professionalism made the difference, and that I would be writing a Google review.. I took my order togo and ate in my car while running errands. This was the best Chicken Sandwich and French fries I've had in months. The chicken was juicy, tender and a perfect temperature. The French fries were crisp on the outside and tender inside. My beverage of choice was Sweet Tea that I found to be very refreshing.

As a Chef in the business I have experience the worst chicken possible from this location that night reheated Dry fried chicken called in the same night after getting home person on phone said we take your name and will replace order, you or my daughter can pick up,well that was not the case they told my daughter No she can't pick up nothing with the receipt, then I came in last night the persons told me the same as well this is unacceptable in a business like this Customer Service Deplorable food uneatable,how is this unit in business I run Restraunts since 40 years manager Disrespectful, combative rude,and walk off from drive-tru I came around from drive thew to talk so customers behind me can get their order she didn't want to resolved, this happened Sunday night and Monday,night shift Supervisor needs training in Customer Service and Diversity . I go to eat there very often, and they serve me very well but the other time I was served by a woman who looked like the owner was not wearing a uniform and could not finish taking my order, she had to ask for help halfway through my order, and a cashier finished taking my order, this woman limited herself to giving me only the part of the order that she took and she never cared about the other part of my food, and she still gave it to me wrong! When I told her that the order was wrong, she told me that they didn't have chicken and I told her that I wanted to wait for more chicken to be ready, but she told me that they weren't going to make any more. Then she got out and got in her car, that's why I suppose she was the owner, I plan to continue eating there as long as she's not there, the other employees are friendly and the manager too, but if I see her there again, that woman is taking things wrong orders and having lousy customer service, I'm definitely going to eat...
