Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

Arooj K. should not be running the shift. Very unhappy with the service and when I asked for her supervisor's name, she tried to not give it to me. I guess she didn't want to get in trouble. After I paid, she told me 3 minutes and to pull up. So I did. I'm watching her in there. She helps a couple people and I see her just talking to the other employee. Ten minutes later, I finally go in there to get my food. It's boxed up and ready, but she hadn't even put the fries down yet. She completely forgot (when they weren't even busy) and did absolutely nothing in compensation for me having to wait 15 minutes. She had no excuse for why it took so long. She just kept saying "fries only take two minutes." Which is true, but I had already waited 10 for my food. She obviously had no intention to actually make me my food and bring it to me. And after all of that, I barely got a small fry (it wasn't even full) when my receipt clearly says "Fries MD." And like I said, when I asked for her supervisor's name, she just kept saying "it's my shift" instead of giving me her boss's name- obviously she knew she was going to get in trouble. And after everything, I was not offered anything for the long wait or horrible service. Also, she's the only person who has ever charged me for substituting a side. She either needs to be taken out of the management position, or she needs to be properly trained in customer service and how...

I went in to place order at this Church’s Chicken on Forest. My reason for going in was to see the cleanliness of the restaurant, and check my order before leaving. From the door, I see a cashier at the front counter on her phone. The guy sitting in the lobby comes around and takes my order. Mind you he was on the phone too in the lobby. Scrolling up and down. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he may take my order then wash his hands before preparing my food. Even though the proper thing to do - would have been to wash before he even took my order. Long story short he goes to fix my food. And I lean in, so as not to embarrass or cause a scene and simply ask him to wash his hands please since he was on his phone in the lobby. He proceeds to tell me I should wash my hands before passing him the money. And I tell him I’m not dealing with food. After he makes his speech with such indignation as if I asked him for a lung or kidney or half his pay check - he takes enough time to walk to the back and get an alcohol wipe. By this time I was already headed out and told him not to even worry about it. The time he took to act like a donkey he coulda just washed his hands. Since he was going that way anyway. IGNORANT. The food here is off the hook excellent, it's hot, it's fresh and it's delivered up fast to you. Where they lacked was the cleanliness of the store overall and the atmosphere inside overall as well. In a word, "DINGY" ... I get folks get busy, especially here in this part of the country, but damn a deal can you wipe some tables down, sweep and mop a floor or two and take out the dining area trash once in a great while? The other hitch in my giddy up over this here Church's Fried Chicken was the Men's Room was in desperate need of attention. But the food was great and the service was good! Been a long time since I've ate Church's Fried Chicken y'all, and it didn't disappoint in the food and drink departments at all!
