my first 1 star review goes to this place. im not sure why this place has the reviews that it has. we had a terrible experience. the service was poor and the food was even worse. we only came here since it was one of the few spots that was open past midnight.

to start off the waitress did not give us utensils or enough water. that was not the only issue our group experienced. we ordered the spicy tofu soup and it was the worst tofu soup that we’ve ever had. it was extremely bland and not spicy at all despite it being a spicy dish. we literally had to ask for salt on the side. we also ordered the kimchi fried rice and when it came out there was no cheese even though the menu and pictures clearly showed it w cheese. when we told the waitress she told us that she doesn’t think the dish came with cheese and asked us if we still wanted cheese. she took the plate back and came out 20 mins later with the fried rice after most of us had finished our meals. the fried rice and cheese was cold and unappetizing. our other friend ordered the bulgogi which was $18. for the price and amt of meat it came with it, it was not worth it at all. the only decent thing we ordered was the fish cake soup.

when it was time to pay the bill we had to approach the front/cashier since we were unsure on how to pay. we had to remind the cashier on what we ordered since they didn’t remember. they also charged us 20% auto gratuity which was we felt was undeserved. when we spoke to the manager ab our concerns she brushed it off and seemed uninterested. she offered a discount for our next visit but we have no plans on returning. now we know why it was empty and dead inside :D
