The things we ordered: The Doda Burger Doda Fries Orange Chicken
The Doda Burger was cooked perfectly! The cheese was nice and melty and all the veggies on it were super crunchy adding a very nice texture and flavor to the softness and savory-ness of the patty! The buns were toasted nicely and had a subtle sweet flavor that overall added to my experience.
The Doda fries, as listed have parmesan and furikake with a nice little sauce that wasn't drenched over, but carefully added to the top for flavor. The fries were very crispy even when I got home! The explosion of flavor was amazing. The saltiness of the seaweed on the crispy fry with just a mild spice from the aioli tasted very good.
The orange chicken was crispy as we tasted it on the way home in the car, but didn't last long in that state. While flavorful, by the time we got home it was really soggy. It had actual slices of orange in it in additional to the peel as you would get from other Chinese takeout places but didn't feel nearly as greasy.
Highly recommend if you're in the area. Can't wait to go...

The uniquely varied menu offers exceptionally prepared proteins in a quickservice (though still great service) environment.
The wagyu burger was incredibly moist and decadent. I especially appreciated the subtle seasoning that exaggerated the flavor of the meat without overpowering it. The preparation was masterful and restrained.
The orange chicken was similarly juicy and appropriately flavored, and the sushi was extremely fresh and fragrant. I particularly enjoyed the Truffle Salmon roll.
The chef also threw in a free slice of watermelon as a dessert dish. A great gesture, and yet another example of the freshness of the ingredients.
Finally, the prices were very reasonable given the quality of the menu. We ordered a Classic Burger, 2 sushi rolls, drinks, and French fries, all for under $50.
Great service. Great food. Great value. I have no complaints. I'll be back. Give it a shot and make sure this place stays in business for a long time. You...
