Taco Joint Review
Taco Joint is a local counter-serve chain in Dallas, Texas, offering Tex-Mex favorites, including breakfast options, in a casual space. I recently had the opportunity to try their spicy pork taco and spicy fried chicken taco, and I was impressed with both.
The spicy pork taco had a generous portion of tender, flavorful pork that was perfectly seasoned. The heat level was just right, adding a nice kick without being overwhelming. The taco was topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, and the house-made jalapeño ranch dressing was a delicious addition.
The spicy fried chicken taco was also excellent. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the breading was perfectly seasoned. Again, the heat level was just right, and the taco was topped with the same fresh toppings and delicious jalapeño ranch dressing.
I was very pleased with the quality and taste of both tacos. The tortillas were fresh and flavorful, and the fillings were generous and delicious. I also appreciated that the jalapeño ranch dressing was house-made, as it added a unique and flavorful touch to the tacos.
My only complaint about Taco Joint is the price. Most tacos cost around $4 each, which is on the expensive side for tacos. However, I think the price is justified given the quality and taste of the food.
Overall, I had a great experience at Taco Joint. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and inviting. I would definitely recommend Taco Joint to anyone looking for a tasty and authentic Tex-Mex experience.

Read moreI have another incorrect order. This time it was not anything close to what I ordered. I requested and have receipt to prove that the cashier rung it up correctly. One full order of ground sirlion nachos. And I got a beef quesdilla. And when I try and call to bring it to their attention. The line has been busy for over 30 minutes. If not longer. I ordered at 5:20 pm today. And it's now 7:20 pm. And the line is still getting a busy signal. This is totally ridiculous!! I have never had any issues with the food since I’ve been going there for over 3 years. I called to express my experience with today’s order. Although the staff was very polite in explaining why it was that way. I was told that because of the sauce it made the tortilla soggy. I’m good with the explanation. But there was no consideration in asking if I would like to replace it with something else? Where has customer satisfaction gone to? You’ve gotten my money clearly for something that I cannot eat. Never had that problem before with the same...
Read moreI hate doing this but hopefully management does something to prevent this from happening again. I got 3 steak tacos last night and could immediately taste that it was expired. I only ate one. Within an hour I was violently throwing up and too weak to get off the bathroom tile. This lasted for over 12 hours with intermittent violent emesis and stomach spasms. I was so weak I could only crawl a few feet before having to fall back into the fetal position. I still can’t look at the remaining tacos without feeling visceral and immediate nausea and have to avoid going into the kitchen right now where they are. I obviously won’t be back nor do I want anything from the company, I just hope they fix this from happening again because it was honestly one of the most miserable and painful experiences of my life that could have been avoided if they threw away...
