I odered a small pizza, parmesan bites, and lava cake for desert. I was staying at the Holiday Inn Express and had a coupon for $12.99 for the pizza and parmesan bites. I ordered at 11PM & didn't receive my food until 12:10AM. The man who took my order said it would be about 45 minutes. Midnight rolled around and I called to check on my order and was told that the delivery person would be there in a few minutes, it still took another 10 minutes until he arrived. I still have him a tip, of course. When I opened the pizza, it was cold & burnt. The parmesan bites were dry and there was no marinara sauce. The two lava cakes were burnt as well. I called Dominos, but because it was after midnight (that's when they close) no one answered the phone. I tried to call this morning at 10AM & 10:30AM, but could not get through because they weren't open yet. When I called around 12:30 PM this afternoon the woman I spoke with, Megan, told me their policy is to not give credit to people staying at hotels. Her name is Megan and she was incredibly rude. When she thought She was finished answering my questions, she just hung up on me. She didn't say sorry, thank you, or even good-bye. She did give me the store number (#4470), but refused to tell me the name of the manager on duty last night and she refused to give me her last name. She said, "I do not give my last name to strangers." She also said the reason she wouldn't tell me the name of last night's manager because she doesn't tell nonemployees who is working. I called their corporate offices in Ann Arbor, Michigan and reported the issue to them. Because this location is a franchise, Lucas (who was incredibly polite), told me he would have to pass the information onto the owner of the franchise and they would be in contact with me. I paid $20 and change plus a tip for a small pizza, 16 parmesan bites, and two lava cakes that were completely inedible. I will not ever be purchasing from Dominos again. Megan told me there was no record of my order under the phone number I provided last night & today, I do not believe that to be true. Her attitude was absolutely attrocious. The fact that she wouldn't even offer to remake the order is just a horrible way of conducting business. If you're thinking of ordering from this location & giving them your money, don't. Just flush $25 down the toilet or eat the money instead. It will taste better than whatever it is that you get from this location and you won't have to conduct business with someone so incredibly rude. If I could give this place zero or negative...
Read moreI placed an order for delivery on 9/8/19 at approximately 5:05pm. The order was delivered in a timely manner. I discovered that there was a problem with the two order of wings. At 6:18pm, I called to speak to the person who took the order. It was a young lady named Ashley who answered and also stated that she was the manager. I explained my situation with the wings and that a manager named Chris had put a note about a year ago on my account assuring me that I would not have any further issues with ordering wings. Ashley asked me what was the problem with my order. Once I explain, she became very rude and unprofessional towards me and refused to make good of my forty dollar order. I asked her if I can speak to a supervisor and she said that she was the supervisor. I then asked her who the day shift supervisor was and she stated that she was the day shift supervisor as well. She became very standoffish with me and eventually gave me a name of a supervisor by the name of Scott Martin and stated that he would be available after 9:15pm. That was when she said what she had to say and hung up the phone on me. At no time was I unprofessional towards her to deserve to be treated in the manner that she did. I called the corporate office to submit a formal complaint towards this young lady and the Dallas, North Carolina Domino's Pizza location. I was told that the Owner will contact me about this incident. His name is Mack Patterson. I am waiting for him to contact me...
Read moreIf you are in a hurry, don't use this place. The people that work there don't seem to really care about the customers in the least. Every time I've gone to this location, they're more interested in talking to one another, or doing anything else, than they are with the customers. They are rude at all, but just don't seem to really understand customers services at all. Their saving grace, if any, is they do well with making your order. One other thing. They need to work on their phone skills. Don't tell a customer to hold for a minute, and then not say anything for almost 10. I almost hung up and went somewhere else.
Update: For the second time, this location has failed miserably. I waited on the phone for 15 minutes with no one bothering to help me, so I hung up and tried again. Spent 20 minutes trying to get through, but only got a busy signal each time. I was hanging up and hitting redial each time. I decided to drive up to the store. The guy at the counter was a little rude, but obviously stressed. They were way understaffed with only one person able to make pizzas. I have never seen a pizza place so out of sorts. They really need to get some help from corporate to look at how to improve things for the employees and the customers. I mean, they only had three people in the store to handle orders. It is unacceptable the way things are now at...
