Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

I’m pretty upset with my most recent interaction with the employee Samuel or Nathaniel (he didn’t speak that clearly) I totally get it if they are busy and it’s going to take a while. That happened to me a couple weeks ago when I ordered from this same location off Preston road. The person that time was kind and called me ahead of time to let me know my pizza would take over two hours. However, this time an hour and a half after I placed my order (30 minutes after the website said it should be delivered by) I called the store to check up on my pizza because no one had reached out and the tracker still said it was in the prep stage. This Samuel or Nathaniel answered and told me it was going to be two more hours before my pizza would be ready. I could tell he obviously didn’t care if I was going to be upset or not or really at all for that matter. I asked him why no one reached out to let me know and he said because I didn’t call. I then hung up on him because there was no way to respond to that. I’ve never had a customer service issue with this dominos before they usually are helpful and at least let me know if they are going to take too long. This employee obviously doesn’t care at all and is bad for business in my opinion. I would have kept my order and waited longer or went to go pick it up if that was the issue but I decided to cancel my order because I didn’t like the way he talked to me and who knows what kind of state my pizza would be in if someone like him was making it who obviously doesn’t care. When I called back to cancel I had to wait a while for someone to even answer. He barley said anything once he did finally answer and didn’t even tell me when I would receive the refund until I asked him twice. So now I not only don’t have any pizza I’m also upset and have to find a new place to order from.

I’m not the type to leave a bad review especially such a lengthy one and I am super understanding when it comes to places being overly busy and potentially under staffed. But the way things are handled goes a long way and with this experience plus the pizzas I got last time being subpar at best I don’t think I will be ordering from here anymore it really has left a bad taste in my mouth and I’ll spend my...

Last Sunday I ordered again (2) large thin pizzas and they were both prepared again, Exactly to my specifications as far as bringing all the ingredients as close to the edge as possible, so I didn’t get a ton of crust!!!😁 And, they didn’t skimp on any of the ingredients whatsoever on BOTH pizzas; And… They were both So Very Flavorful and so Yummy!!!!! 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 I also, decided to try the Spinach & Feta Stuffed Cheesy Bread for $7.99. I was so excited to try this and it looked absolutely amazing!!! I was very disappointed!!!😥 Unless, I got a bad one, I don’t suggest this!! There were only a few specs of chopped spinach, and VERY LITTLE Feta cheese!!!!😡 The only thing that saved this bread, was the cheese on the top and the garlic oil drizzled on the top of the bread.😢 Maybe, I just got a bad one? Things happen!🤣 But you’d probably be better off, ordering a pan pizza with Spinach and Feta in my personal opinion and I definitely won’t try that one again, for that kind of money!!😥

When I went to checkout online, I was asked if I wanted to try the Parmesan Bread Bites – 16 pieces for only $2.99. So I said to myself, what the heck, I’ll try those.🤣 They were very good!!!!😋 But in my opinion, I think they should’ve came with some kind of a dipping sauce, which they didn’t. In any case, they were very good and I just rolled them around in the Garlic Parmesan Oil on the bottom of the wrapper in the container and when that ran out, I dipped them in Prego Roasted Garlic Parmesan spaghetti sauce.🤣

Last but not least: I have delivery instructions for the drivers to knock on my door when they arrive. The driver knocked on my door, but as soon as I opened my door, my pizzas were on my doormat.🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 Which makes zero sense to me, because I have a 3 Tier Rack directly outside my door, that they could’ve placed my order on if they were too busy to hand it to me. Horrible I got deliverd wrong pizza , didn't pick up the phone so I had to drive up there. Smh, which defeats the purpose (wasted delivery money!!) , I waited another 30 minutes just for the original pizza i ordered.I'm not accepting just anything you give me this time, Dominos Mind you this isn't the first time from this place they got something wrong or something is missing out of the delivery.... Management is the real problem they was literally arguing about who's going to answer the phone and help customers as they walk in you would think they have that system down already but it's a free for all.!! Louis the Bs assistant manager should be fired . He didn't even acknowledge that I was there. He just makes other employees take the heat while he stands in the background and makes things worse by ignoring customers . Your job is more than just flipping dough sir try to actually help a customer for once in your life .! I have seen them purposely ignore the phone my last time here. What a suprise you guys, I didn't even walk out with a pizza they expected me to wait another 30mins . I just ended up getting a refund and basically had to ask more than once .
