On October 19th, our party of seven reserved a table at your Lovers Lane establishment for the express purpose of celebrating a significant family milestone: my father's 70th birthday. This decision was predicated solely on the previously excellent service received at your Greenville location, setting a clear standard of expectation that was not remotely met. We were seated promptly at 6:00 PM. The service failure, however, commenced immediately thereafter. Fifteen minutes elapsed before the assigned server—who presented as visibly unprofessional and inattentive—arrived at the table. A subsequent twenty-minute delay was incurred merely for the delivery of beverages and the taking of our order, establishing an immediate atmosphere of unacceptable neglect. The situation deteriorated upon the delivery of our entrées. The orders were fundamentally incorrect across the board, culminating in one member of our party receiving no meal whatsoever and another being served a steak in a condition that can only be described as dangerously undercooked. A formal request for managerial intervention was made. I detailed these catastrophic failures to the manager, who provided an assurance that the situation would be rectified. After an additional fifteen-minute delay, it became evident that this assurance was hollow, as no remedial action had been taken. When my wife directly confronted the manager regarding this continued inaction, the response was an appalling demonstration of indifference. We were met with an absolute lack of apology, empathy, or ownership, and were instead offered the dismissive option to "go if you want." The conduct of your management staff was a profound insult to our custom. This combination of negligent service, inexcusable kitchen errors, and utterly unprofessional managerial conduct resulted in the complete destruction of a planned 70th birthday celebration. The experience was an unqualified failure and demonstrates a severe internal breakdown in quality control and customer respect at your Lovers...

Read moreOur experience here ended unfortunately in disappointment. My partner and I came in for a nice steak dinner this evening. We sat in the “back door bar” area and it was relatively “popping” but I wouldn’t call it busy. We started with wine, bread and an appetizer which was all great. The salad bar was also great. We ordered steaks and waited. The table behind us had at least 6 people and they ordered after us and got their food before us. We tried to think nothing of it until my partner cut his steak and it was well done instead of Medium Rare like he requested. A little annoying since the menu says “not responsible for steaks ordered med well or well done.” Here we are trying to order a medium rare steak that has come out well done. My medium rare filet was perfect. Unfortunately I had to eat alone because my partner of course told the server that his steak was over cooked. He offered to remake the steak. By the time it came out, my partners side sweet potato was cold and I was finished eating. We asked for the steak to be removed from the ticket and it could be boxed up but at this point we didn’t even want the steak anymore. The server boxed it up anyways for us and my partner took it out when we got home, to have a few bites. Instead od the sweet potato side, they had made a regular potato and the steak was still cooked MW to well done. What started as a good evening ended in disappointment. While the server was okay and the atmosphere was nice, unfortunately the kitchen ruined our whole experience and I don’t see us...
