Well well we'll what a wonderful first time but won't be our last time experiences here at FIRST WATCH. OUR GREETER JOE WAS AWESOME FRIENDLY AND WELCOMED US IN WITH GOOD ENERGY AND ACCOMADATING OUR SEATING CHOICE WAS A AWESOME VIBE. NOW LETS TALK ABOUT OUR SERVER TAKIA SHE WAS VERY WARM COURTEOUS AND FULL OF JOYFUL ENERGY. SHE EXHIBITS A GREAT KIND AND HELPFUL VIBE IN A SERVER AND HER SMILE WAS INFECTIOUS. NOW ON TO THE MAIN STAR OF THE SHOW WAS THE FOOD VERY SEASONED DELICIOUS AND QUIK TO COME BACK TO TABLE FRESH HOT AND SCRUMPTIOUS. IVE HAD PLENTY OF BELGIUM WAFFLES BUT THIS ONE WAS AIRY AND THE JAM WAS BETTER THAN THE SYRUP I TELL U U GOTTA HAVE ONE FOR YOURSELF. THE MILLIONDOLLAR BACON WAS DELISH AND WORTH EVERY DIME AND BABY HAD THE TURKEY GRAVY BISCUT W EGGS AND POTATOES THAT AGAIN WERE DELISH. THE ENTIRE STAFF WORKED BUSY TO KEEP CUSTOMERS REQUEST MET TO A T BABY. AND THE CLEANING AND CLEANINESS WAS IMPECCABLE AND VERY IMPORTANT FOR A GERMAPHOB LIKE ME. I GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT 5 STARS I HEAR THEY ARE OPEN FOR BREAKFAST AND BRUNCH HORS SO NEXT SATURDAY GET TO THIS LOCATION AND ENJOY DELISH FOOD AND DRINKS AFTER COFFEE I ENJOYED A POMEGRANATE TEQUILA COCKTAIL IN A EXQUISTE LITTLE BOTTLE AND WE ENJOYED OUR MEALS TREMENDOUSLY. Now let’s talk about the servers—TOP TIER. They know the menu and will lovingly guide you when you’re not even human yet because… no coffee.

Let me introduce you to the Trifecta Upgrade w/ Lemon Ricotta Pancakes—I died, saw the light, went to heaven, and only came back because I still had coffee in my mug.

And if your friends or family suggest anywhere else for breakfast? Just know—they don’t love you. It’s First Watch or I’m NOT going.

Special shoutout to my server Deisyi—pray for her. She deals with my full-on HANGRY self and still smiles! She picks my meals (because yes, I trust her like that), and she’s nailed it every single time. (My camera is not good but this is what it looked like and I asked for extra lemon ricotta cream no syrup needed) my toes curled!)

We had the absolute BEST experience at First Watch today thanks to our incredible server, Deiysi. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel completely at home. Her energy was warm, welcoming, and genuine… like being taken care of by a friend who actually loves what she does.

She complimented my tattoos (which instantly made me smile), and she was SO kind to my son, Levi… patient, thoughtful, and sweet in a way that you don’t always get when dining out. She made the entire experience feel personal and joyful.

The food was fantastic (get the Tres Leches French Toast or the Salmon Benedict… both 10/10), and the drinks were on point, both the coffee and juices! But honestly, it was Deiysi that made our visit unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to get her as your server, trust me, you’re in great hands.

This is what service should feel like… kind, connected, and full of good energy.
