Decided to go here after a friend posted some pictures of their visit. We were seated pretty quickly and ordered an Antipasto as an app. I was somewhat disappointed when it arrived. Bread seemed pretty bland and could have done with a bit of toasting. While the salami was average and the cheese nothing to write home about. When the pizza arrived i was pleased by the amount of toppings but knew almost instantly it was quantity over quality. The Don's sausage chunks were plentiful but overpowered the pizza. The pepperoni was decent. I tend to favor pepperoni that's thin and crisps up on the oven, as opposed to thick, small pepperoni found here. The pepperoni was by no means bad, but reminded me a bit of prepackaged pepperoni you can find in bulk at Sam's. While everything tasted good, it was just steps away from tasting wonderful. The sauce was good, the cheese was also just good. But for me a pizza lives and dies by the dough. And while definitely steps above your general pizza, it lacked the chewy/crunchy texture you might get at a higher end pizza place for relatively the same price. Dessert, honestly, hit me by surprise. The cheesecake was fluffy and one of the best cheesecake I've ever had. I'd go as far to say that it gives the cheesecake factory, found a few streets over, a run for their money. My partner had the chocolate cannoli, which only had filling at both ends, as opposed to throughout, which I found weird. All in all, I think if you're in the area, it's a great place to try if you're curious. Would l go out of my way to eat here? Unfortunately, there are better pizza places in the dfw if you want high quality pizza.

The moment you walk in, it’s clear the restaurant is trying to channel some kind of New York–Brooklyn vibe—but it ends up feeling more like a caricature. Wine bottles used as light fixtures, generic stock photos of New York, and random “Brooklyn” signs make the space feel like the “American section” of a supermarket in another country. To me it just comes across as cheap and a little off. I ordered the Mediterranean salad, the Brooklyn Bridge pizza, and a glass of red wine. The food overall was fine—nothing bad, but nothing I’d go back for. The salad was very standard, something you could get just about anywhere. The pizza was solid, probably the best part of the meal, but still pretty forgettable. I’d rate it around a 6.6. The biggest issue was the service. The pacing was off: the salad came out in a reasonable time, but there was a long, awkward wait before the pizza arrived. On top of that, the glass of wine I ordered never showed up until I asked about it—after the pizza was brought out—and even then, I had to remind the staff what I’d ordered. The waitress wasn’t rude, but there was no real effort to be friendly or attentive. It felt careless. Would I eat here again? Maybe if I was nearby and didn’t have other options. But would I make a point of coming back? Definitely not. There are better places worth your time and money.

My wife and I love coming here. It is a great place to grab some fresh pizza and chill out. Since having the baby, we tend to try to go out a little earlier so as to not distract other customers. It was funny as we were in here about 5:30pm and so were a lot of other new parents with kids below 1 year of age. It was funny another guy and I were trading places taking laps around the restaurant to keep the little ones from crying too much. The staff was very friendly to everyone here even with a baby started to have a fit. The food is really great. My wife and I enjoy the Pepperoni Pizza (but love the BBQ Chicken that is available only in Summer even more). The pizza always comes out fresh and tastes great. We love splitting the small Caesar Salad as two people can eat off that bad boy. This means we will get to take home half the pizza for left overs the following lunch. The house wine they have here is awesome! We enjoy it so much, as it has such rich flavors that really compliment the pizza. Great place and we will continue to come here for many years to come.

Love the pizza but Mgmt needs to be retrained or bring in a new team. May visit - late lunch - long story short. Waiting to be seated overhead irate woman at bar on how long she had to wait for her to go pizza. As we were seated I saw my husband’s flight into Love field was 35+ minutes out and w getting car and drive time he would not make in time to eat pizza w us. Waitress greeted us and said you should put your order in ASAP bc we are backed up w Togo orders. So we place our order ASAP. We wait and wait and wait - watching Togo orders leave the kitchen - majority of people in the restaurant - no pizza on tables - we were given bread to snack on and multiple apologies but no pizza. My husband arrived and we waited. Over an hour 15 min to get a pizza.

Another night - called numerous times no answer - finally 5th call and they answer - their response - “we did not hear the phone ringing”.

Another night - husband picked up pizza - after 25 min of waiting in the car - they had list a customers Credit card while paying for ToGo...finally found it. Not checking out other customers while they are on the hunt!

Another night - get a large to go pizza 1/2 bacon and 1/2 sausage w 1/2 olives on $10+ for skimpy toppings. I said I was overcharged I got 1.5 toppings and was charged for 3 full pizza toppings. Irritated but finally have pizza.

Another night - charged $8 for 1/2 topping of bacon and 1/2 topping sausage ...do a $29 pizza with super skimpy toppings. The bartender says oh let me fix this - you were overcharged for toppings bc you only got 1 topping total / I was like YES someone gets it! He said we had a meeting recently about service to improve - I did a freaking happy dance.

Tonight same pizza w 1/2 topping on each side charged $7 tonight. Ask bartender nope the bill is right. Gets manager Jaylon - I tell him my story - he says no meeting and I am the only male manager here and that is not the policy. I never said it was a manager - just a smart guy who knew it was wrong to overcharge customers. Manager said we put the full portion on 1/2 of each pizza. We look at the pizza and I say that is a full portion of sausage on 1/2 pizza...he says yeah it looks a little light but the bacon looks like a full portion. When I order my pizza I don’t say double sausage - I say 1/2 sausage but thanks for overcharging me.

I have several $5.00 off coupons bc of above issues. I use them to offset the overcharge for ingredients but from now on we go to Cane Rossi, Mimi’s, Campisi’s, Pizza Hut. If mgmt and corporate does not care enough to fix visible issues that people have posted - who knows what is happening in the back of house. I can spend $39 at a local owner run business who cares about making it right and serving consistently great food in a friendly...

The Pizza was good but not good enough to make us come back after our bad experience last night. We went to this location last night with a couple of our friends and a baby who were visiting from another country. Our waitress seemed a little awkward and nervous, seemed pretty new to the restaurant. She spilled some stuffs and pretty slow but she seemed like she was trying her best and most importantly she was apologetic about her mistakes and was friendly and polite. So we did not have much of problem with our waitress. We really think she did her best last night. However, our pizza took 40+ minutes to come out due to printer messing up and not printing our orders right when it was supposed to print...We were pretty annoyed about taking so long but we were willing to let go and wait patiently even though it was really tough waiting for food so long with a baby sitting in the patio area when it is hot and humid. We only sat in the patio area because it thought it was going to be a quick dinner and it would be easier to move around with the baby when he gets fussy. But as the dinner got dragged so long, it was a disaster sitting outside and waiting hungry with a baby when it is humid and hot... and to make it worse, when they turn on the light because it was getting dark outside, the light attracted the bugs and they were flying everywhere and getting into our drinks and salads..so we had to ask if we could at least move inside. When we were trying to ask to be seated inside instead, some other waitress/food delivery brought us our second pizza so we asked her if she could help us to move inside because of all the bugs acting up around us. We expected her either help us to move or get our waitress or hostess for us but instead She basically said she doesn’t care and we need to talk to our waitress instead. She was being careless about what we were saying and was complaining about the pizza that she was holding was too hot for her. So she just left the pizza on the table behind us and took off. Unbelievable! I guess she not only didn’t get trained to be polite with customers but also to bring pizza stand when she serves a pizza. Anyways our whole dining experience last night was a joke and we would not be back since there are a lot of restaurant with good pizza and much better service. The manager of this restaurant was somewhat decent though. She came out and apologized for pizza taking so long to come out and she actually listened to us and cared for our frustration. We would never know how sincere she was, maybe she was just trying to make us stop complaining but yes she did made us feel a...

We went to this location Friday February 1st at 6:20. There was a hostess that opened the door for us and I told her we needed a table for four. Another girl swooped in and tersely said ‘ it’ll be a 45 minute to an hour wait.’ I called our friends to see if that’s okay and they asked if they had a bar. I asked the girl if it was a full service bar and she replied yes then again tersely said but it’s full and you’ll have to sit outside. I then asked if there any tables available outside and she said there were no tables available outside either. So we went outside and sat sat the bar and observed the were two tables for two and a table for four that never filled the entire time we sat there. Then 15 minutes after we sat down a table was available. Our friends said it was the fastest 45 minutes ever. The waitress brought our drinks then took our order and we didn’t see her forever and that’s when we asked someone to get her. One pizza finally arrived then 5 minutes later a very burnt pizza arrived. The person who brought it out said they were making another and our friend made a joke about it being burnt the person said it wasn’t me that burnt it, it was them. A little more than 5 minutes went by and the third pizza arrived. I was still waiting for mine about ten more minutes then ask a random waitress about my pizza and she went to check and said it’d be 5-7 minutes more. I asked for a glass of wine and she brought it. That’s when I asked her to find our waitress. When she finally arrived my pizza still had not come and when she checked on it she returned and said they had overlooked it and it would be 5-7 minutes before it was done. I was fed up and told her to put it in a box and we’d leave. If she had been checking on us this would’ve never happened. The two stars is for the pizza, it was good when I finally ate some...
