At the Jack in the Box at NW Hwy and Loop 12 on March the 6th 2018 maybe some time between 8pm and 10 pm me and a friend and her boyfriend came in to order food so we decided to dine in. I only saw two employees there. It was a young man at the register and the mananger on duty was preparing the food. So my friends order first. They went ahead got their drink fries and 2 tacos. They were waiting on a burger she had special intructions on. While still waiting for their order they said my order was ready. So i look at order noticed that it was not what i ordered nor what my friend was waiting on, so they waited a bit longer. Her boyfriend goes up to the counter and asks when is her burger going to be ready? By then the lady which was a African American stated she had already given it to us which she hadnt. Im like i got mine but my friend never got hers. She was steadily arguing the situation with us instead of handling it the way a manager is supposed to. Just make her burger and stop arguing with us. She could have given it to the customer before us by accident who knows. But we didn't get it thats for sure. So she goes to prepare it . Meanwhile a young hispanic female approaches the counter with a small gold box and passes it sneakily to the manager. The manager witu no clue at all that i was watching takes the box opens it and pulls out a small blue baggy which seemed to contain drugs. I shake my head in disbelief. While we head toward the exit door I tell her and the male that are there, maybe you guys should lay off the drugs maybe yall will get peoples orders right. . . So you might wanna drug test your management team. . . . This was so absurd..... 2204 W. NORTHWEST HWY IN...
Read moreI had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant here at this location. I placed an order online on my way home from work and stopped to pick it up. Nobody would answer me at the box for the drive thru so I pulled up. The woman at the register was doing something on the screen and either didn't notice me or ignored me, which I now suspect, and kept doing whatever she was doing. After about a minute or two I knocked on the window to get her attention. She glared at me as she opened the window and I told her I was picking up a mobile order. She said she didn't have any mobile orders and didn't have my food. I asked her to verify the address of the location so I could make sure I was at the right place and she just shrugged at me. When I asked her where else my order would have gone and who took my money, she said she didn't know. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she just shrugged her shoulders again and closed the drive thru window in my face!! I knocked, she walked away. I tried to go in to the lobby, it was locked. I knocked on both doors and the two employees looked at me and then went right back to what they were doing!!!
I tried numerous times to get in touch with the corporate office with no success. Apparently Jack in the Box doesn't care how badly their employees treat customers. I've been using this location regularly since we moved here two years ago, but I guarantee that will be the last time. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in the service industry, and she clearly needs to get a different job where she isn't helping people because that's not the kind of help...
Read moreAvoid this location go on a little further down the north west highway towards Harry Hines and you’ll find that location 2720 being nicer employees you’re able to walk into the lobby and sit and eat in it in like 2204 northwest hey. You can’t walk in the lobby at this location only drive thru. 2720 northwest hey actually gives you sauce when you buy your tacos. I always buy three orders of more of the tacos online I pacifically order mine without taco sauce, but at this location 2204 northwest hey they always give me taco sauce in the bag and refuse to give me what I asked for which is a buttermilk ranch. Not without paying $.30 each saying that the taco’s doesn’t comes with sauce? only free sauces are the taco sauce, and or a jalapeño sauce. but I don’t eat taco sauce, so why would you just put taco sauce in the bag and say you can give me a choice of sauce for each order. Jack-in-the-Box have always given me at least just one buttermilk ranch when I order multiple orders of tacos which I always do. The lady was rude. She is very slow. And this happens all the time at this location, so avoid going to 2204 Northwest Highway Jack-in-the-Box because their service sucks. They lie about you not being able to get a sauce for your tacos and you have to only purchase your sauce besides...
