For the past 2 years, Brian has mounted 4 TVs and setup my home theater system in my mancave. Every job has been precise and never have any problems. Around Thanksgiving 2018, I had a HVAC problem that I thought was associated with one of the TVs being mounted on the wall (possibly cutting into the power wire to the AC unit...I was totally wrong). I had called a HVAC guy to come out and give me a diagnostic and stated it could be a faulty thermostat. On Xmas Eve 2018, I changed the thermostat and still nothing happened. So I called Brian to see if he can troubleshoot and show me the route that he took when he installed my TV. I was not expecting a call the same day ESPECIALLY the day before Xmas. Brian called me back within 20 minutes of me leaving a VM. Brian took the time on the phone to go over all the steps that I took prior to scheduling an appt. For his own sanity, he wanted to ensure that he did not cause any damages and would cover ALL costs IF it there was any. Not only did Brian confirm that no wires were cut during the install, but also went out of his way to check every unit to find help me find the issue (FREE OF COST BTW). He helped save me time and more $$$ by doing his due diligence to provide exceptional customer service. Read moreIf I could give ZERO starts for ZERO service, I would. No call/no show for 3 morning scheduled walk through appointments. Due to this being a conference room, this really inconvenienced blocking out the day for them to not show or even call. When I would receive a return call, sometimes 6-7 hours later, there was no apology...and simply rude service. Michelle even told me "appointments were for paying customers and we are busy with them, and have been unable to make it to our later appointments." For starters, we WERE going to be a paying customer for lots of services. Second of all, our appointments were in the morning, no reason for not updating the customer. It was pulling teeth and a complete waste of time tracking them down for answers. They do not care about the customers needs or earning business.
