Very Poor customer service never again will I go there. never have I experience such bad customer service from the manger on duty and store manager and apparently another manger above store manager. I placed a order of 58.44 on mother’s day had me waiting for 40 mins when they said it would be 15 to 20 min ,because they had employees call in. Once I notice 4 people get food before me I walked in there and asked them how much longer for my food and the guy in the front ask the girl if she was making and she said no. She was making that big order for the guy that just pulled up in the drive thru. Then he went to the manger and asked what happen to my order and he told him something couldn’t hear and told him tell her it’s going to be 8 mins to cook her chicken , so I told him can u call him over cause I was going to ask for my refund . Then he walked over and told him and the manager ignored the guy and started getting my side items ready and got my chicken and said here it is . Didn’t apologize or anything made it seem he took that long cause I order 58 dollars of food and I asked him for a refund and he said he couldn’t do that , that only the manger could and gave me her number , I called her immediately Didn’t get answer at all I was working that day and literally lost money that whole time I was gone . I reached out to the store manger cause I wanted a refund she said cause u took the food I can’t give u one but u can call the perosn above me and he was very unprofessional and said he couldn’t give me a refund that he gets calls like this all the time and I should have requested a refund which I did and told him I did and he said well u should of told him u weren’t leaving until u got a refund and made a big deal . Read moreI went here a few days ago and I had an app order. When I got there there was no one in the drive thru and they told me I had to come in. I usually can pick up my order in the drive thru. When I get in there's 10 people waiting to either order or pickup. They ignored everyone. They didn't speak. One guy goes into the side office everyone can see into and gets on his phone. They would walk pass the counter without saying anything to us. Some people left pissed. When you called to get their attention they ignored you. I couldn't leave because I'd already paid. I saw that there was an order on the back counter and someone comes along to put an order sticker on it. I can see it's my name. With all these people waiting you don't call out to see if the person is there. I called out to get someone to just give me my order and they ignored me. When I finally got loud enough the guy has an attitude like it's not his job. They weren't busy with a bunch of people in drive thru. In fact you hear them tell someone else they'd have to come in and ignored them as well. I won't be coming back here until everyone who was working that day is gone. This happens so often at this location. They just hire a bunch of people who have no integrity or might have a gripe with their boss. As a customer I DON'T CARE. Before going to work (i ride the bus and it only runs every hour) I had a friend run me to KFC for a few chicken strips to eat right them and a famous bowl for my lunch!! When we made it to the window the young ghetto boy yells are we breaking hundreds today? And was told no! We asked for napkins and plastic wate and was told they were out that the truck hadn't come yet!! The chicken straps were OVERCOOKED and hard! 4 & 5 . The Famous bowl was missing the CORN and the potato tasted like INSTANT potatoes that weren't mixed well and unreasoed. & 7 I called kfc multiple times that day and for the next 2 days. On the 3rd day of calling someone answered and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to the manager! So 8-10. I ended up going in there almost a week later and was told I couldn't have a refund or did they replace my food.
